Nearly a month waiting for a refund, with no resolution

I cannot recommend CloserX.ai based on my experience with its refund process and additional usage charges.

I requested a refund within the timeframe stated in the company’s refund policy. Nearly a month later, I am still waiting. Instead of a resolution, I keep being told that my request needs to be sent to the billing department. Referring a request to another department is not the same as resolving it.

I have spent far too much time following up on something that should have been straightforward. Customers should not have to repeatedly chase a company to get a refund requested within its stated policy.

I was also disappointed by the additional costs of using the app, including testing it. In my experience, those charges were not made clear enough before purchase. The purchase price did not give me an accurate understanding of what I would actually need to spend to evaluate and use the service.

My main concern is the unresolved refund. I am asking the company to honor its stated policy, process my refund, and provide written confirmation that it has been issued.

Based on this experience, I would not purchase again or recommend this service. Before buying, get the refund terms and a complete breakdown of usage and testing costs in writing.

If I receive my refund, I will update this review to reflect that resolution, including how long it took.
If you search Snowie.ai you will see all the other names and bad reviews for the refund process and the credit bait and switch they have. They charge extra for everything including to test it. Save your money. They are scammers that change their name to cover the basis so that negative reviews don't show on their profiles.

My issue is the refund. If I get my refund I will report back and change this review. As to the app itself, every use is extra money. Think of Frontier and Spirit Airlines. At least with those companies they let you know upfront there are applicable fees. Snowie.ai, CloserX.ai and its DBA's hide this.

Good communication from staff. I tried other platforms and they had no support. Good quality AI, easy to train, sounds real. Overall good experience.

The fact that the AI caller is so easy to use and integrate, the value is not just that it is conversational but that you can integrate to bigger systems like Gohighlevel to create crazy workflows and the sell that to clients. It is really a cash cow. Well done

AI sounds human and platform is intuitive. Can't wait to close my first client and start growing my agency!

This is software that is just hard-wired together somehow. I could never reach a live person. I have tried to cancel my account since January, and every month they try to charge my credit card. They want to know the reason I am cancelling. I do not owe them an explanation. Don't use their services!!!

Very streamlined and straightforward platform to work with

While interacting with the voice agent I almost for got that I was not speaking with a live person. I conversation was smooth and flowed naturally. Great stuff!

I’ve only recently started setting up the platform, but so far I’ve been very impressed with the experience. The support team has been extremely responsive, helpful, and patient throughout the onboarding process, which honestly makes a huge difference when working with AI call systems.

The platform itself looks very promising, and I can already see the potential for handling inbound calls, lead qualification, and automation. Setup has been smoother than expected, and the support staff has gone above and beyond answering questions quickly.

Looking forward to testing it more in real-world campaigns, but my first impression has been very positive.

Good experience for now, but ive been paying 3 month without any profit. Thats all on me tho. Giving it 4 stars because of no profit but this ai is easly a 5 star
