Killer Motorsports Avis

It is very hard to get in touch with your staff. You have a voice mail where you must leave a message and, receive a return call. Can't stand this kind of service from companies. Or you must leave an email and still wait for a response. I love the bike and you all did excellent in setting it up and, delivery but, please work on your customer service should be as good after you purchase as when you purchase.

Purchasing the ATV was very easy, we also paid for them to assemble it. It came very fast and my son rides it everyday.

Received faster than what was quoted! Easy start up and go instructions if you’ve never done this before. Great quality ride! For living in downtown Nashville it is the best go to ride.

Easy buying experience everyone was knowledgeable and very helpful

Assembly difficult with one person definitely recommend two people for that. Include instructions if possible but did find enough U-Tube video's to be helpful. Company contact was consistent but delayed often returning at a later time.

came perfect no damage and will buy from again

Bike arrived earlier than expected. Came in one piece.

Great customer service. Will definitely recommend to friends & family. Will use them for future purchases.

Bike come wery wast after placing the order. Full assembly. Everything works perfect 👌 and the price was the lowest I could find anywhere bearly $709 with assembly and shipping to chicago.

It's always nice to get what you paid for and get it on time. The quality of the build and components in this scooter are surprisingly good considering the price. Its a little slow but that was fixed with a couple of after-market pieces. I would recommend this machine to anyone looking for a moped.

Timely delivery, with excellent service with shipping, item as described, love this store.A +++ store

Both atvs I bought have different problems they would like me to ship the motor to them per the warranty guide both have motor issues both are parked in my garage and need repair had them Two days

It was totally what I had hoped for.Quick delivery. Great product!

Amazing customer service. Delivery was early and undamaged. Staff was very communicative through the whole process. I am definitely going to recommend. To others and buy again in the future. Thank you!!

All was good except when I wanted to have the ATV shipped to my Grandson and a photo of my drivers licenses and credit card was required. Since I refused they shipped the ATV to me. Everything else was good.

It was easy to order. Called customer service to make sure everything went through fine and they were friendly and helpful. Had a little trouble with shipping. It did come faster than estimated. Had trouble finding the house so didn't deliver the next day we're suppose to call for me to be there for delivery but didn't. Was delivered and was not damaged.

I ordered a Tao Tao DB17 125cc 4 stroke pit bike. It came faster then the expected shipping time and was cheaper on this website then other websites I looked on. The reason for my 3 star on service is for one main reason. My motor came with a head stud that is completely stripped. When the motor is ram or even kicked over a few times it drips oil on the skid plate. When I got the bike I opened the gas tank and it smelled like there was fuel in the tank recently. I believe that if the motor was ran and tested before the bike was shipped, they would have noticed oil dripping on the skid plate and their shop floor. There is also a bolt missing on one of the fairings.

It was very easy navigating the site to order and follow the shipment.

It was delivered fast boxed well nice Quality. video on YouTube was easy to follow an it started right up. Also like the safety features am really pleased with my purchase
