Everything great. Customer service and shipping. The only reason why not the 5 stars is because one of the tabs had a bad carb. But they are sending me a replacement

Pretty happy overall. The initial transaction with order processing was a bit slow, however once the the unit was ready for shipment the handling went rather smooth and quickly. Any question or concern I had regarding delivery time/date was answering quickly and in detail by a customer service rep. 2 weeks was my deadline from payment to delivery to have the unit on site for my sons birthday…they got it done in a week and a half with a holiday mixed in there mind you. I did find it a bit unfortunate that i could not pick the unit up personally via POV from their HQ as I happend to be traveling right through their area for work. However, I do understand their reasoning as every company does have their own list of SOPs. The unit itself (110 Hawk), absolutely awesome. My son loves it and is killin the trails on it.

I was a bit hesitant after some reviews but we had a great experience. The atv arrived within 10 days, it took about twelve hours to receive a notice of my order being received then a day or so later I reacher email saying it shipped and it arrived with no issues at all. Follow the email you get about how to set it up and you’ll be fine. Definitely ordering again!

Horrible company. Company Canceled my order then my card info was stolen.

Delivery was quicker than expected and everything went well.
Bike is beautiful and went together easily as well.
After sale customer service was excellent and responsive and MCO and Bill of Sale were received in a timely manner.

My experience was great because I got just what I ordered and it was delivered fast.

Firstvoff my sales rep was jim and he is great. He knows the product and pricing. I recived my bikes without any issues other than the wait for delivery...lol..

Product came perfectly in the mail, delivery driver was super polite we were laughing the whole time, company kept in touch with me through whole process, product even came earlier than expected delivery date! I love it & honestly thinking about buying another just for my wife! Thank you guys for your hard work & politeness!

I do not have my order number therefore they will not send my paperwork. So I can't ride the bike at all. Thanks a lot. Worst customer service.

Sales gets back to you immediately however support takes a minimum of 24 hrs to reply to a simple email. Every question takes at least a day for a response. A simple email conversation takes all week. Once you give your money you can no longer talk to support, only email.

ATV arrived with following damages:
-Snapped off brake lever
-bent handle bars
-torn grip
-scuffed scratched paint in several locations

Killer Motor Sports will not cover the costs to repair their product which was damaged during shipping. They would only send replacement parts and will not cover costs of time lost, cost of the repair, or replace the product. Who knows how long it will even take them to ship the replacement parts that I have to pay someone to install. UPS has not even received them yet. It’s already been 10 days since I filed the claim. ATV is still sitting on the pallet it was delivered on.

Absolute nightmare of a company I gave my money to.

I had got my scooter delivered sooner then what the company told me it was gonna be shipped. Love the fast service.

Easy purchase, extremely fast delivery, no current issues with the product.
