Not s professional company. Ordered and time goes by, they take my money and only when I call to follow up, they tell me that they are out of stock and will refund my money in 24-48 hours. Will never use them again

The bike got here. It was damaged. I didn’t see it because it was covered in the box.

Delivery was later than they said.

Bad experience from Delivery to riding the moped. They placed the moped in the road on delivery. I couldn’t leave it there so I had to unwrap it and prepare it and drag it inside my yard. I work nights so would have been nice to do on MY TIME. The color was baby/sky blue very feminine color, however the photo shows a dark bold blue. They delivered a wrong moped. The carb screw is too short to even adjust! Lastly I’ve had to take it to the mechanic TWICE. At 69 miles it wouldn’t start, bad spark plug… at 120 miles bad stator.

The “limited warranty” is def limited and they don’t answer questions you ask about it. No mechanic wants to hold the moped in shop for 1 month or more to be approved for a claim for the warranty so it’s useless!

There are so many other companies out there I would try them out before making a commitment through Killer Motorsports.

Impro e? According to the BBB they are not an accredited business and get multiple complaints, mine included. Stay far away from them.

Shipping was quick. Assembly was easy! Bike runs good, but I keep nothing stock. Never even fired it up with the stock carb. Just got new chain and sprockets yesterday (two teeth up ) and am able to pull front end up in 4th with ease. Great play around bike for the price. Follow directions of maintenance and check every bolt over at that point too. Had a few loose but I think that’s normal. Can’t complain about it at this point and neither my kids or I am nice to it!

Shipping was set then I was told I needed to pay an additional 100 to get the bike shipped to me so I had to cancel my order

Delivery went smoothly. The scooter came pre assembled and everything seems to be working well. I just came back from a 30 mile ride and 2 screw /bolts fell out. But I found where so all good. Nothing major. I got up to 45mph was surprised by that. The front tire had a jump in it but I think that was f to on the he speed. I'm good with this purchase so far. Will probably buy the 4 wheeler next if this holds up.

Simple ordering and flat rate shipping made then process very easy and streamlined. Shipping was prompt and tracking provided in a timely manner. R&L was the company used, and we received our moped very quickly from order to delivery.

Only down downside was the assembly we paid extra for, which is cool labor is labor. It was not done very well at all, and I had to spend about 20 minutes tightening loose nuts, bolts, fixing rear brake adjusters, and other small things like that.

Overall I'm satisfied, only because I was able to make the adjustments needed. Someone who didn't know to check those things would be out 1200 bucks in about 2 months.

Update: They finally sent the MCO with tracking and I did receive it. After the waiting period for their “warranty” the bike is not able to be driven regardless due to excessive white smoke coming from exhaust. Oils were emptied and replaced, completed assembly after having to hire mechanic and still major issues with this pitiful machine Killermotorsports.com sold to me. I was told by their employee that the 2025 Vitacci Eagle 200cc does not take gear oil. After stating to him that I have owned very similar bikes, have been riding for many years previously and there is in fact a sticker as well as a gear oil reservoir he proceeded to get defensive. His outcome was to ask my email and end the phone call. Now having to load up the bike and bring it 1 and a half hours away to someone that specializes in these. Please find a reputable company instead of using this place. Save your time and money. This is my second time giving them a chance and they failed miserably. First time was a nightmare and this time even worse. Had to be refunded and reorder. Then they had the wrong color coming to me and now they refuse to get the MCO sent other than standard mail that has been lost for one month. After calling and emailing back and forth, I am getting nowhere. The bikes both times came scratched, wrong screws/parts and holes do not even line up to complete assembly. A terrible one star review is an understatement. Not sure how they are still legally able to sell these scooters or motorcycles.

I remember I bought my first taotao gas moped free assembly Arlington power sports when I Paid the same price and when it came to my porch it was already fixed 100% all I had to do is screw my head screw mirrors and fill gas that's it and that was an perfect moped but I got a hater people on that and people ran over me December 8th 2025 almost die in the hospital so now I bought yall from the same extra money for killer motorsports and when I paid they told imma do half job and difficult I know now I will never pay them anything no more that's bad business!
