Hat was advertised as fitting small heads. Ordered what I thought would be a high quality hat. Arrived and it fit hilariously bad. Requested return instructions via email. Received a response 3 days later but instead of providing a return label, she asked me to measure my head for a different type of hat? I responded that I just wanted to return it for refund. I received no more responses...even after I asked for return instructions several times. I ended up charging it back through my credit card. STAY AWAY.

Seriously not impressed with the advertising based on head fit. If anything I have a high forehead and this hat still comes clear down to your ears so you can't wear glasses unless you prop the hat up and then guess what, it is just like any other hat on the market. I would not pay the premium for a pretty basic cap. Note I am not giving them low star because the hat is quality made, but does not fit any different than any other hat on the market.

Great headwear, I’ve placed multiple orders, each having multiple items. My last order included 11 pieces of headwear. I get my items quickly and with good quality. However, I returned 3 items from my order, requesting 2 exchanges and 1 refund. It’s been over 2 months and all I get from the company is more ad to make purchases

Over all experience has been troublesome to say the least. I bought the hat, received the hat in a timely manner. That was the good part. From their it’s still an on going issue. You would think that it’s as simple as putting it on and wearing it. Me too… my hat was stitched wrong, the hat was not aligned with the brim. I emailed, sent photos and they emailed me back saying thank you and gave me a return slip promising that they would send a new hat in a few days. Well a half a month flys by and still no hat. I emailed 4 days no response. That’s where we sit today as I type this. I wasn’t going to, but I feel it’s been ample time for them to sent me a new product. I should of just bought a hat from a reputable company. $30 bucks is a lot to flush away for a hat. We shall see if they respond and deliver my product or refund me, this is absurd. Never again.

Update: As soon as I published a review on their website they refunded the product, which means they never sent another hat to me. And then they claim they gave all their defective hats to charity, can not confirm or deny this, but it’s awfully suspicious, if they indeed give their whole stock of one color hat, then why didn’t they publish a statement or take it off their website? Take this company with a grain of salt when it comes to statement claims.

SECOND UPDATE: They deleted my review off of their website, I guessing they only one 5 star reviews. Shady shady shady!

I’ve ordered four hats from King and Fifth. They are incredibly quality and the fits on their XL hats are fantastic! I had an issue with my first order and their customer support is really top notch! They took care of me immediately and were so easy to work with. If you’re looking for a larger beanie I recommend giving them your business!
