First cap I've found that fits my Alien…
First cap I've found that fits my Alien shaped head and looks normal. No deep indentations on my forehead after taking the cap off. No headache from wearing a cap that is just a bit too tight.
Bought two so far. Both have held up well through multiple washes. The material and construction are both good quality.

Don't believe all the negativity
Everything I've purchased from King & Fifth has been the absolute highest of quality. My most recent hat has retained its color despite spending hours in the sun, can't say that about a lot of hats from other companies by any means! Also a guy with a larger head, the lower fitting caps help out amazingly. Will only purchase from King!

Fantastic Hats
Man, these hats are fantastic! I've had issues for years trying to find a hat that fit my small head. Initially, I went with the XS, but it was too small. The team helped me out with a flawless exchange to the S and received it fast. I have since ordered three more and will continue to order from King & Fifth.

!!Very Poor Service!
!!Very Poor Service!! I received an XL instead of a Small size hat. Obviously I can't wear the XL as it is absolutely huge on me.
I contacted the customer service team to get the correct item which I have paid for. Instead of sending the correct hat they told me I would have to order another hat and they would give me a discount.
These guys are a bit of a joke to be honest. Very slow to respond to requests. This is the first time I have ordered from a company who wont correct their own error. BEWARE if you order from these guys. If you have a problem with your order the are happy to leave you out of pocket.

They sent me one of their hats. It was crooked, then they wanted a picture of it. I just won't buy it from them any more and tell them their quality sucks.

I had bought 2 hats and beanie
I had bought 2 hats and beanie. I used the measure tool they have on sure and were too big once they arrived.I was actually planning on keeping 2 of 3 because I like the style and beanie as well but the company wants to charge a $6 fee for me to ship back one. I’ll send all 3 back for the $6 and take business else where. It’s bad for business to have customers relationship start like this. Shame

Hat problem solved
These hats are amazing! This guy has fixed the ultimate hat problem I have. It was so challenging to find a hat that doesn't look like a billboard on my head. I highly suggest you all to try these. I bought 3 after I tried on the first one straight from the box. I got the S/M size by the way and it feels divine!

Hats never fit me. They are always to big. Ordered a king and fifth s/m hat on a Monday. It arrived the following Monday. Hat actually fits my head and quality seems like any other hat I've owned. They definitely fit as advertised. I will likely order another one

Disappointing after sale support
Disappointing after sale support. Once I got the hats, two didn’t fit. They make it impossible for you to return the hats because you have to email their customer support team. Well they never responded, no return label or anything. Reached out to them on social media but they just passed blame to their customer support team. Never buying from them again and warning anyone who might
