Excellent experience all round
We had a boiler shut off by British Gas for ridiculous reasons, and a tenant without heating or hot water. Nathan was very responsive: he went round, quoted, and had the new boiler fitted within days (and at under 3/4 of the price quoted by British Gas...) The landlord's safety certificate was done without my having to ask for it. He was professional, reassuring to the lady who lived there, and super speedy. I'd recommend him to anyone, great job.
