Just stumbled across this great Model shop..Found aircraft I was looking for at a great price plus free delivery.So ordered very late on a Sunday Night.So they would have picked the order up on a Monday.Up flying my New model from Kings lynn Model shop on a Wednesday. Packaging was spot on.No rips in box,or dents.Great company.Defiantly use this great Model shop again.

After taking a lot longer to be delivered than was quoted I built the model only to find that wing spar screws were missing, on phoning to explain my missing screws I was made to feel guilty as I was told the bags of screws were weighed, I explained that if they were standard screws I would have been happy to buy some but these were a special size, why would I waste my time and phone call to make this up ! I was told I would get some sent. 20 days later nothing and despite two reminder emails sent I am now being ignored ! Just one more example of a business that couldn’t care less once they have your money, will not recommend to anyone, over £400spent with them and a model that I can’t fly due to missing wing spar screws, no more business from me !!

Ordered a helicopter for my Dad. The product was expected or ‘Due 4 March.’ I placed my order 10th April. Received a phone call saying that they had no stock expected 25th April and they would despatch my order once it was in stock. This week commencing 1 May, I received a phone call stating it was in stock but we are waiting for you to call before we despatch it. I don’t have access to my phone at work, you’re closed when I finish. No other way to contact you - I called and was left on hold. I was annoyed that the item was not in stock at time of order, advertised at the time as being in stock, took the payment on 10th April so expected my order to be despatched as soon as available. Trying to cancel the order sourced it elsewhere, somewhere more reliable and honest - actually delivered next day.

Ordered an FMS Easy Trainer glider Wednesday, arrived next morning, less than 24hrs.
Have used this company on several occasions, and have never been disappointed, knowledgeable, helpful, and to top it all, usually some of the best prices on the net.

No good as much help as a chocolate tea pot turned up incorrect spoke to this very arrogant bloke on the phone. He couldn’t help me. He said I don’t have the wrong bit tough! very bad don’t go to this company they are rubbish in helping you out as a customer

I can't believe how fantastic the ordering experience is with Kings lynn Model Shop. I was kept updated everytime I checked on a order by telephone. Also the ordering process is great, especially the Website navigation. Anyone who states that the customer service is not great sorry but you need to order the right product first! If I could I would give 10/10 stars! Brilliant Service.

I ordered a Losi baja rey raptor and after using for about 3 mins noticed the wheels rubbing on the body of the car, I emailed them 3 times so far explaining this and requesting that I’m not happy and want to return the item. Still after 2 emails (I’ve just sent a 3rd) no response from them. The aftersales customer service is rubbish so far……
In comparison I’ve used appliance electronics several times and they are fantastic with they’re customer service!

Ordered a programming card for my Arrma Felony yesterday from this model shop.
Delivered next day, very happy, good price and fast delivery can't ask for more !

I have two separate items from KLMS and have had excellent service both times.
The first one was a large package that was ordered on a Thursday evening and delivered early Saturday morning.
The second one was ordered online and I had a email saying it was out of stock. After a phone call, I received an email saying the item would be delivered the next day.
I consider the ordering and communication from KLMS to be excellent and would definitely buy from them again.

I just wanted to say a BIG thank you to all at KLMS for their efficient and super service following a manufacturing issue with a supplied item. Following a phone call to a very busy team dealing with other eager customers, I was soon informed that a replacement part would dispatched the same day (which arrived the next day). The item quality was not the fault of KLMS (and could not have been foreseen in its sealed packaging) but it was sorted swiftly and with great professionalism. I have recommended them in the past to colleagues because of their competitive prices but this reinforces my attitude. Thanks.

First Class service, Amazing knowledge of all products and orders delivered next day. All staff extremely helpful and will take the time to help you. Fantastic after sales service so totally trouble and risk free purchasing, website is up to date, very informative and easy to use. Pricing is more than competitive so I would be asking why go anywhere else?

Dreadful service and zero communication from the staff there.

On the 5th Oct 2020, I placed my first order for an RC jet from KLMS; so a not inconsiderable amount of money spent with them.

I got an automated reply thanking me for signing up with them, but no receipt or order confirmation. Over a week has passed, now the 18th, and despite me sending several emails requesting some form of receipt for my purchase, or at least an acknowledgment of my order I've received nothing In person from them. Thursday 15th I got a message from DPD saying they were going to deliver an item (I assumed my jet) but nothing arrived, Friday I got the same, still nothing. So I'm still waiting for my expensive purchase to arrive and if it doesn't soon, or I get some form of communication from them, I shall be taking it up with Paypal.

Following my experience, I most certainly won't be buying from them again and I urge other customers to do the same. Instead I recommend RC Octane, Wheelspin Models or Modelsport, whom I've used regularly and never once had a problem such as this.

I really can't relate to any of the negative reviews on this site. The guy from the store accidentally called me thinking my battery was out of stock. I called back and he apologised and said it is In Stock and will ship that day.

Battery was received next day via DPD , great service and great pricing. Not sure what else they could have done to be honest and I honestly can't remember the last time I received a call relating to an online order issue.

I bought an SFM Hawk glider from KLMS which arrived in good time but was slightly damaged. A small tear in the Oracover at the wing tip. To be fair to KLMS it seemed to me that it was damaged in the factory because there was no significant damage to the box. I contacted KLMS twice by e-mail but no reply. So I am left with fixing the problem myself. Lets see what Orastrip can do. I've never used it, or Oracover, so, learning on the job!
Its tough on KLMS because Ripmax should be doing a better job but unfortunately KLMS should know that they are responsible for problems with the goods.

Waste of time, I ask 4 times if they had a car in stock..never bothered to answer, maybe they have not discovered what an email is yet...lots of negative reviews, I wonder why

Very good service! Amazing arrived in 2 days. Would shop here again and recommend to anybody wanting any models/batteries.
