Poor quality towels which I wouldn’t recommend.

Quality has really gone down hill. I've been a customer for a long, long time and won't risk it again. Kip & Co won't return/refund ANYTHING bought "in a sale period" at all (which not included in any of their terms, items are not listed as 'last sale', no terms anywhere saying you can never return items, even faulty ones). Last garment I had literally FELL APART after 1 wear/2 washes (cold wash on receiving, one after wear) with a huge HOLE. I sent to customer service and they didn't want to know about it. Fabric wasn't zigzaged/overlocked at all and the fabric just pulled through! RRP$160. The dye on our linen sheets has faded so much in less than a year (RRP $450) the pink and purple just disappeared into white. Customer service & terms of service are terrible/ they just ignore your emails. I even had Chat GPT check terms for my sanity. Pity because they have some fun stuff, but lots of brands eating into their market, they are not the premium quality they used to be for the price sadly. Fabrics seem cheap and badly designed out now.

So disappointing... the quality of their products has gone down hill. The last items I bought were dirty and horrible quality- looked like it was washed wrong and had so much fluff and loose threads on it. It's like there's no quality checks. I've heard my friends have the same issues. I used to LOVE this brand.

Their fitted linen sheets are poor quality. The fabric is sparsely woven and wears through quickly, within less than two years, the fabric is papery thin, they get holes and rip through. Their warranty period is conveniently 18 months, long enough for the sheets to last past that period, but short enough so they can deny the product is faulty when it inevitably wears out. I have bought kmart sheets that have lasted a decade and they were a quarter of the price of kip and co… so what you are paying for is nice prints and colours on what appears like nice quality fabric but they are extremely thin and will wear out. If you pay $400 for sheets, you don’t expect that they will need to go in the bin after 2 years
I bought a blanket for $400 with pen marks on the inside, sections not stitched properly and the fabric pattern mis-aligned, the fabric was also so thin it ended up with pulls all over it. Luckily this was noticed with 6 months so they refunded it.
I also purchased some glasses which had chipped and damaged colour after a few months. Again poor quality.
There are obviously some problems with their production and they are rushing work, not doing quality checks and simply making poor design decisions by selecting fabrics not fit for purpose. They are sort of a homewares fast fashion company except much more expensive.
I imagine others have had problems with them but they don’t publish negative reviews to their website as they are all 5 stars… a bit misleading. They also tout their “sustainable” credentials on their website and are apparently b certified which is interesting as how can recycling fabric offcuts negate the fact their products are poor quality and don’t last a reasonable amount of time for the cost; they are creating unnecessary waste by being in business.
Avoid this company. Do you research and find a company with fabrics over 160 GSM if you looking for quality sheets. If they can’t tell you what their fabrics GSM is, avoid.

I love Kip and Co's products. I have a number of bedroom linen sets from them and love them all. Super high quality and such unique, beautiful prints and fabrics. They will last a very long time. The customer service team have also been great to deal with when I've had queries.
