My purchase was delivered quickly with no issues.
I purchased a Premier League football skirt from this company prior to reading all the negative reviews. But then i read them and tried to cancel the purchase via my bank thinking it was a scam site. But I didn’t get round to calling them to do that. 15 days after I ordered the shirt it arrived. Good quality replica. Hope it doesn’t fall apart in the wash!

Appalling. Placed an order for shirt and shirts to be personalised- player name and number. Shirt was fine, shorts were the wrong size and not personalised. Their solution was to tell me to keep the shorts (which I had no use for or wanted) and to place a new order which they would give me a 20% reduction on. (Even if I did this there is clearly no guarantee I would receive the correct item) I objected and they increased it to 40% and told me it would be very expensive to return the shorts THEY had sent in error as return was to China.

I informed them return was their responsibility as their error and they should despatch the item I ordered. The shorts sent are also not the full value of my order as personalisation costs extra.

I have emailed them numerous times, after two weeks they have stopped replying. So they have my money for more than the value of the wrong item they sent and are not replacing them. Never again.

Same nonsense changed their name numerous times...I recieved nothing and had payment back from my bank after investigation

i get an email about football kits up to 70% off . and they have a manchester address. so i go onto the site and its got 0 football kits and full of ladies scarfs and had a chinese address. yet another scam website.

Scam site. Sent me wrong items asked for correct ones or refund but have been refused and ignored. Said if I want the correct ones they will give me 20% off so in reality if you did this you’d be paying 180% of the total cost for what you ordered. Absolute joke. Avoid!

I have had exactly the same experience as another customer- wrong shirts sent, offered me a small discount on PAYING AGAIN for the ones l originally ordered???? , why should l pay again when it’s their mistake-incredulous- not sure what to do now, l don’t want the shirts I have been sent also l don’t want to pay twice for my original order. I think l am a no win situation- albeit a very expensive one . Do not order from this company they are totally unethical & reading the other reviews ( which l should have done before ordering) making extortionate profits from lots of very dissatisfied “customers “ l have now received my new order which is WRONG AGAIN, they have sent me the exact same wrong shirts as before UNBELIEVABLE, now - for the inconvenience of receiving the wrong shirts & still not receiving the ones l have paid for twice!!!! They are offering me €10 refund in total 😩 DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE ABSOLUTELY INCOMPETENT RETAILERS!!!!!

So I ordered and paid for the new Newcastle away shirt. They sent me an incorrect shirt. I contacted them and they asked for photos. I sent the photos and received an email saying they could see the incorrect item was sent and the accepted responsibility for the error. I thought they would send the correct item. I was wrong. They said keep the incorrect item but they would give me 20% off the cost of a replacement. I obviously refused so they offered me 40%. Again I said no so it went up to 60% but I needed to pay the postage to return the incorrect item. I have emailed a few times since and am now getting ignored. I will be contacting my bank to see if they can start the process of getting my money back. Very disappointing customer service.
Be very careful when ordering anything from this company.

This is a scam. Ordered a shirt and after 4 weeks the wrong shirt arrived. Tried to contact to return no response to email and telephone number on website is not valid. Avoid at all cost.

I ordered a Leeds Utd top on the 22/6/26 and it has not arrived , now they won’t even reply to my emails , I have asked for a refund many times just to be ignored. All I can say is DO NOT ORDER A TOP FROM KITALLEY I CAN ASSURE YOU IT WILL NOT ARRIVE. these people are scammers they will take your money and give you nothing .

This company is absolutely a scam. If you follow one review in your life please follow this one. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They will get your order completely wrong, only offer a refund if you send the order back at your expense (trust me, you still will not see your money) or they will offer you a discount code rather than replace the goods you did not order in the first place meaning spending more money with them, what a nerve! Also, the code they do send never works.

Stay away from this website, they are 100% crooks.

Ordered two items - one was completely incorrect when delivered: Haaland printed on an England shirt! Have chased the company so many times for a refund. I offered to post it back but said I wouldn’t pay the return postage. They have ignored every email I have sent. They are scammers as far as I’m concerned. I really would not recommend having anything to do with this company.

Places an order and got completely the wrong item. Offered a 20% credit on a new order with no means of refund for the item I did not want. Now they refuse to answer my emails so I am left with an item I don’t need and no means of getting a refund!
