I recently purchased a bone china tea…
I recently purchased a bone china tea set from KitchBoom through their website, kitchboom.com. The designs are lovely, and the crockery is decent for various occasions. While the knives I bought were quite handy and improved my cooking, there was a bit of an issue with delivery as my order was initially misplaced. The customer service was helpful in resolving the situation, and overall, the quality of their products is generally satisfactory. KitchBoom is a reasonable choice for kitchenware, though some minor improvements could enhance the experience.

Great product and excellent Customer Service
From start to finish the process was excellent. I had a couple of queries re delivery. I emailed the company and was very impressed with the swift timely reply (within the hour). I was really impressed with the gold cutlery set I ordered, it arrived very quickly and it looked great on my dining room table on Christmas Day!

My order is not yet here and I dont even have an estimated date. If you knew about Royal Mail strikes, why did you kept shipping items with them in the afected dates?

Also, we shipped it right away with Royal Mail, we were hoping that you receive it within 3 days like most of our deliveries. However, please rest assured it is still within the time stated and 5 working days from the day you ordered is on Monday 12th December. Unfortunately, Royal Mail had a strike day on the 9th of this week, which is out of our hands. Our customer service team tried to contact you today as we would like to make sure that you get your delivery right away, unfortunately, we couldn't get hold of you.
