Ontario folding knife for camping etc
Ontario folding knife. Previously bought the folding bread knife for our motorhome as standard bread knifes are too long for the cutlery tray.
Made in China but have to say both knifes excellent quality and sharp

DPD planned to deliver it next-day but you used their online system to request a delivery two days later. DPD then delivered it on the day you requested. The order is a present so I can`t comment on the product, but it looks fine. My issue is with age verification. I am 82 years old and don`t do photo ID etc. as I don`t know how. I phoned and spoke to someone on the order and we agreed I would cancel and refund. However, you then e-mailed me to say my purchase was out for delivery and ID was done when this occurred. I could find no way to contact you by phone and was left hanging. Even after delivery I was still being e-mailed asking for ID. Suggest you have a customer contact!

Thank you for your review. We're sorry that you were frustrated with this order. Initially our systems had a problem verifying you but we were able to age-verify you with a backup system via the Electoral Register.
Once we mailed you to confirm you would have been able to contact us on the number you used the first time to call us.

Good product, competitive price, damaged packaging!
The Victorinox chefs knife arrived promptly and the price was competitive, however, as the item was a gift for someone, I've was very disappointed that it arrived with the Victorinox packaging split and damaged.
