Yes this is now a standard review of kitchen box,bought the air fryer for my mums birthday ,paid on 9/10/21 here we are19/11 no air fryer no answer on their phone , no replies from 'Samantha ' to about 12 emails, standard our of stock coming from Spain, go a tracking number ,the carrier now knows nothing about it . GIVE THIS COMPANY A MISS and don't give them your money

I have had exactly the same experience as the other reviewers. My Air Fryer has not materialised.supposedly coming from Spain due to a shortfall in ordered stock, £60 lost. Please do not give these people any more money.

Exactly the same thing happened to us. £69.99 out of pocket and no response when contacted. Scam site, do not buy anything from here!

Exactly the same thing happened with me only I’m £69.99 out of pocket! Avoid at all costs!

Contacted EKM who provide the ecommerce for this shop, they were not very helpful. It seems they need a large number of complaints against this company before they would close down the shop.
Avoid this bogus company. I have had exactly the same experience with this company as the last reviewer. Ordered an air fryer £59.99 which they said was out of stock, 18 days to wait for it to come from their supplier, didn't get enough from the supplier now coming from their sister company in Spain. Original order placed 11/10 and tracking not been updated since 9/11. Like the other reviewer I have phoned and emailed with no response. Reported also.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Placed a £60 order to receive an email that the item was out of stock and would I be willing to wait 18 days for restock and receive money back as a gesture of good will. I did agree.

Almost a month later I've had another email to say the restock was short; so my order is coming from a sister store in SPAIN. I questioned this and was assured everything was fine with my order.

I received another email to say I would have tracking details within 24hrs which came through but when tracked nothing showed (seriously worrying now £60 for me is a weeks wage )

Then yesterday my details appeared on the tracking and the order has entire the wrong address I'm based in Liverpool the box is going to Luton!!!
I've called the number 53 times so far ... it just rings out! I've emailed numerous times no response and stupid me not researching before ordering googled the Cardiff address it's a council house not a store or warehouse!! So please please please do not give your money to these con-artists.

I've contacted my credit card and reported the scam but it looks like I'm just out of pocket (drawn in by and online offer!) Buyers beware!

**Update** I paid on my credit card and have contacted them (completed dispute forms and sent relevant documents) and they are issuing a refund. I have contacted action fraud and trading standards

**NEW UPDATE 21.01.22**
This morning I was contacted by my credit card company to state the Merchant (kitchen box) have disputed my claim against them and it is now back under investigation even though I had been issued a refund! This is ridiculous, people are being scammed daily by this website... why has it not been shut down? Its ridiculous I just hope my case with action fraud helps to close the site.
