Kitchen Magic Avis 1 266

I had problems with the ceramic sink that was supplied and fitted by Kitchen Magic. A fitter arrived to sort this out. It involved the chrome drainage section. After he left I could see a scratch had been caused by this remedial work. No way would the company be prepared to right this, or accept my explanation,so I have been left bitterly disappointed. Now I will be out of pocket whilst I search for and employ another, more reliable company, to remove and replace the damaged item. When their representative arrived to supply a quotation and take my order he advised upon completion of works, to my complete satisfaction, he would visit and collect balance payment of the order. This has been completely denied by Kitchen Magic.

Ali fitted my new kitchen last week and it’s looking great, very pleased with what he has done.
Ali has been friendly, helpful and patient. Extremely hard working and adaptable given the challenges we faced.

Experience with the salesman was very good. He bought loads of samples and explained that adding an extra unit could be done as requested. My jaw hit the floor when he gave us the quote. 9 grand to change some doors, replace the worktop and fit a single 60 x 60 unit. That was with a discount too. We asked if we could have some time to think it over which is when we were told we would lose our discount if we didn't go ahead there and then. Reluctantly we caved in mainly because we were told all work would be done in 2 days, which it was. Fitter arrived 2 hours late on the 1st day but he was driving to Kent from Birmingham so we excused the delay. The fitter was very good and stayed quite late on the 1st day due to arriving late. Upon completion we were happy and everything seemed ok.... Only it wasn't. Having had time to go over the work in detail, we discovered the worktop was wider at one end and 2 cupboards were now at an angle. We informed kitchen magic and assumed they would send someone round to have a look and put it right seeing as their policy is you pay 50% on day 1, 40% when work is finished and then the final 10% when you're satisfied with everything. Even the fitter who came back with a remedial the following week said it didn't look right. Despite this and before and after pictures being sent to them clearly showing 1 corner of our kitchen is now at a funny angle. Their excuse is putting it right would involve "adjusting the existing fixtures which falls outside the scope of the agreed work" even though the reason for our issue is they have measured the corner filler incorrectly. It's a shame because the rest of the kitchen looks great but for £9000 we could easily have had a brand new kitchen designed and purchased. 2 stars for the fitter but their customer service is absolutely atrocious. Either go elsewhere or hope kitchen magic get things right 1st time

The kitchen looks great , the installation went seamlessly , Mick the fitter was very friendly and answered all my question very knowledgeably , very pleased with the result

Not so much the quality of any products but the way that I was treated by the company most definitely only deserves one star but because of the workmanship of a couple of fitters I have made it two.

The fitter was excellent and did the job well. However, the surveyor did not measure three of my kitchen drawers accurately, which meant the fitter was unable to complete his part of the work, as the wood was cut too narrow! Rather disappointing.

The whole experience was quick and hassle free, from the first contact to the installation.
The only recommendation I can give is a call or email the day before installation to confirm it’s still going ahead. That said, the installation was seamless and I must say Sam did a great job fitting the replacement kitchen cabinet doors extra. What a credit to the company.

Brilliant service from initial visit to completion. Ali was very polite and professional - he completed all the work Incredibly well - making sure I was happy about everything. Would not hesitate to recommend Kitchen Magic.

The two fitters, Matt and Luke were fantastic. They were very pleasant and worked really hard to complete the work with minimum disruption.

The commitment by staff to ensure we were happy with choices before installation . Charlie Thorpe our installation engineer was very careful in installation according to how to make kitchen look the best possible too.

From the visit by the salesman to completion of the kitchen, the process was seamless. Our kitchen fitter Sanjay did a superb job and completed the job on time and was very tidy during the 2 days to give our kitchen its makeover. From our experience Kitchen Magic worked very very well.

Vlod and Jacob the fitters were excellent. They spotted small flaws in the materials which I hadn’t noticed and had them replaced, this showed excellent attention to detail. I particularly wanted the colour of the original carcass to come through so time was taken to work around the adjustments that were needed to match up to the base units.

Absolutely amazing work on our kitchen! Opted to renovate the original kitchen instead of having a brand new one and honestly it looks brand new the work is that good. Matt and Luke worked so hard to get all the work done in two days and can’t fault their work at all, very polite and very helpful with suggestions and answers. Very happy customer

The guy who fitted the kitchen doors and work tops was so friendly and explained everything. He even cleaned up after himself which was a great help. I love how my kitchen looks now. I even enjoy washing pots now because the kitchen looks so good.
