Great reliable service from rapid response to initial enquiry. No pressure at the sales stage, just useful comment and advice from Simon. Prompt attendance by a very efficient surveyor, Paul, followed by minimum delay before installation. A special mention of Gary, the truly great Installer who demonstrated real pride in his work. During second day of installation we decided we wanted an additional corner unit - we were quoted a price and it was designed, manufactured and fitted three days later. Whole job from initial visit to fitting of extra unit in just under three weeks. All phone contact good. We were confident that here was a Company that knew what it was doing. We’ll done Kitchen Magic!

Vlad did an exceptional job in our kitchen, which now looks like a new. He was very polite and friendly throughout the time it took him to finish.
Would definitely be happy to use him again if the need arises

Very professionally measured and ordered and helped us decide what we needed. The kitchen fitting did a marvellous job, but wish I had been told to cover everything in the cupboards, because there was a lot of sawdust on everything and the doors nearby

Kitchen Magic gave me time to peruse their brochure , without any pressure selling. The designer & surveyor were very helpful, approachable & professional in their respective areas. The quality of new doors, drawers & extactor are excellent & the fitter took pride in his work throughout.
The 2 things that could improve the service are informing the customer, earlier than the day before, about delivery of the materials prior to the first day of fitting and removal of the rubbish being done the day after completion.

The quote and design appointment with Kitchen Magic was good. The Rep. was friendly, helpful and gave advice on choice without pressure. It came down to what I wanted. The man came the next day to take measurements and fitting was arranged within a week.
The fitter came on time, was friendly and got on with the job without fuss and very little mess, top job. All rubbish was removed. I had one small problem, I phoned them the next day and they sent someone round to fix it. Thank you Kitchen Magic for a good experience and I am well pleased with my new kitchen

The initial installation went well. However, there were a few remedial jobs that needed doing. These were all accomplished brilliantly with two further visits. The visits were booked in on days when I wasn't working really easily. Overall very happy with experience of working with Kitchen Magic.

Everything was done very efficiently, the installer was pleasant and did a good job and we were more than pleased with the finished product

We were very impressed with Lukasz, the kitchen fitter. He is very skilled and takes pride in producing a high standard of work. He was very conscientious and persistent when dealing with problems.

The salesman and surveyor were very professional and informative and they didn't pressurise us to place an order.
