Fitters were first class. Unit doors not quite what I expected. Look cheap Same as end panels on units.

Cupboard. Doors don't close properly drawers don't shut properly Beeding on doors falling off

Kitchen magic did an amazing job! They were very professional prompt and curtius. I was a little doubtful as to whether they could make the kitchen look as good as they did i didn't need to.
Thanks kitchen magic you made a worn out old fashioned kitchen upto date modern and a beautiful place for me to be happy to be in again!! 😊😊😊

Efficient, helpful, professional....

Very quick from start to finish. Pricing could be more transparent with a breakdown of costs. Payment is done in 3 stages. Helps to pick from the brochure prior to the first home visit as appointments are 1-2 hr slots. There are samples of colours/worktops to help with decisions. Good colour choice and designs. Felt slightly rushed picking the worktop. There are 3 appointments so 3 different people visit your home, the salesperson, surveyor and fitter. Our fitter, Alex was excellent. Very professional and his workmanship spot on. He worked very hard over 3 days. Pleased with the end result although not cheap, a cheaper option to stripping out the whole kitchen when unnecessary.
Gave 4 stars as we had to chase to get the removal of rubbish from the garden!

Excellent job done by fitter Ali who was friendly and efficient
However not convinced that the new look was worth the price we paid given we had no new worktops or appliances

Very pleased with the experience from start to completion.

Overpriced, this company is expensive would recommend getting more quotes, as Ihave stated before.

How quickly it was all installed with no mess

Everyone involved was professional and helpful with the fitting of our new kitchen from the salesman through to the surveyor and fitters. Despite being a large kitchen the fitter worked tirelessly and efficiently. Was assuming the work would take some time to complete but the work was finished in a day and a half. Really does look like a brand new kitchen and am delighted with the colour scheme of cream cabinets with beige worktops. Makes the kitchen look so much lighter. Really pleased with the end result.

I was very happy with the staff and friendly attitude was outstanding. The actual kitchen now looks incredible, for a very old kitchen. Thanks guys you are fantastic, good luck for the future john dowse.

The whole process was speedy and efficient. Everyone involved, from the first home visit to the installation was friendly and helpful. And my new doors look really good too.

I sent a photo of what I wanted and got something completely different, with one cupboard sticking out. There were so many things wrong, plus I’d just had open heart surgery and I was meant to be avoiding stress! They wouldn’t change it without charging me more, and there were too many issues to write here. I disputed this but nobody senior would respond so I had to pay even more money even though it was their mistake. It was an awful experience and nobody has contacted me after the kitchen was finished. Nightmare.

Ali, the man that came to fit the doors, draw fronts, and tap did an excellent job. He worked non stop, was very professional and advised us all the way through. Can't thank him enough. I have a beautiful kitchen, perfect. Thank you again Ali.

From the sales person, surveyor to measure, and the installer Kesh....such a professional experience and worth every penny to upgrade my kitchen. I just wish I would have done it years ago! Excellent quality of supplies as well. Can't fault them!! Call them!!

On time delivery of parts and good time to complete work despite a couple of hiccups with some of the parts for the large drawers. Other wise good service and recomendable.

The rating would have been 5 star if it hadn't been for the trim on the end of a curved worktop not being an exact fit and some of the cupboard doors having numbers written with a black marker pen on the inside. With regards to the rep (who supplied the initial quote), the surveyor and the fitter were all excellent and helpful throughout the entire process.

Appalling after sale service kitchen was notcompleted properly and kitchen magic broke kitchen tap moving pipes and then tried to charge me put it right it’s doubtful at this rate if I’ll have a working kitchen by Christmas not sure how they can live with themselves ripping of a man recovering from a major stroke!

Excellent fast service. Turned around in less than a month from first visit. All work carried out to an excellent standard at a very reasonable cost.
