Perfect customer service
I have a toddler and chips all over my wren kitchen. I wanted a quick fix, and thought these pens were a bit pricey but it turns out it was well worth it for the customer service alone. I ordered the cour that matched the wren paperwork but there must have been a mistake because it came out way too dark but the company sent em a replacement after matching a small sample o sent them. Super happy! Thanks so much

Wow wow wow
Wow wow wow! These guys really did save my behind! Had a new kitchen installed at the beginning of summer and I accident scratched one of the cabinets! To replace it was going to cost a small fortune but after doing some research I came across Richard and his company! Helped me from start to finish and saved me a considerable amount of money and my wife divorcing me for damaging her new kitchen! Highly recommended.

Great coms from Richard when he was being paid unfortunately Richard’s communications ceased when either the he sent the wrong paint or the paint didn’t match ???? Richard you really are a fraud luckily the bank see you for what you are with evidence provided. Do not deal with this company avoid there are other options. Just google your paint codes it may take a bit of research but avoid Richard’s company it’s a long drive to go visit him !!!!

Easy option to fix my chipped doors

I couldn't get the clear cap off the…
I couldn't get the clear cap off the pen, which was a huge issue. The colour doesn't really match when I applied it with the small brush. It sticks out like a sore thumb.
You'll see that Richard replied. The second Paint was marginally better, but still not a match at all. The container also had a dribble of Paint in the bottom and came with some kind of crayon. There were no instructions on how this crayon should be used. The company advertises their products as being the colour of particular brands of kitchen unit They're not. This is inaccurate. The product has come very close to ruining my kitchen. I would give them a wide berth. You'll notice my review was followed up but having sent a new Paint a few days after that it has taken nearly t months to follow up by Richard. Seriously try going to the original manufacturer or someone else. This product just doesn't work.

Very impress with the colour match and…
Very impress with the colour match and application. Used good product on a few small scratched and the results were great. It takes time(30 mins?) to dry - only then does the colour match. Will use this product in future.

Wrong colour replaced with exact match
Initially I was sent the wrong shade of grey, but I contacted customer support and they promised to replace it with the correct shade. It took a few weeks to get the new paint and I was apprehensive that it would not match again, but it matched perfectly! Now the scratch is almost unnoticeable! Great product and service.
