Kittenfy Avis

First purchase from Kittenfy. Company is to be commended on great customer service. I rec'd the wrong size of an item but they quickly refunded me and I bought the correct size (gift) for my daughter. I was happy that they understood and I would not hesitate to purchase from Kittenfy again. Thank you for such great communication when I emailed you. A lot of companies would have ignored my concerns. Keep up your high standards with customer service and you will have many more customers!!

Service was prompt and correct. My wife was very happy with this product.

Fun products, looks just like I hoped!

The items we ordered were great! Such a blessing as gifts to our grown kiddos, with our grand-kitten! Thanks!
They loved their t-shirts & cups :):)

Perfect!! personized just how I wanted. It originally got lost in transit but customer support got right back to me same day by email, shipped me another one, and came very quickly.

Ordering process was seamless and shipping time was spot on. My only critique would be to have a way to track the actual order.
I bought it as a gift and recipient absolutely loved it. They thought the customization of the kitties and human was phenomenal.

Great poster, good quality

My husband broke his Cat Father Coffee Lover cup and was very upset. Got him a new one and one for mtself. Arrived fast and he's thrilled. He koves that cup.

I ordered two custom mugs, and they were done beautifully, with our cats images, and names. I appreciate that they were shipped in quality packing material, to ensure that they arrived without damage. We love our mugs. We smile every time we see them. Thank you!

I got the cat mug for my husband because we have 3 cats and they always wake him at 5am for food. He absolutely loved it and our cats are immortalized. The options available to choose the cat types were purfect. And it came in a timely manner.

My husband loved his mug! Great product!!
