Even though Kjøller ultimately passed on investing in my startup due to our pre-revenue stage, my experience with them was exceptionally positive. Sam Morgan took the time to genuinely understand our complex product and business model. Instead of a generic rejection, I received a highly thoughtful email acknowledging our bootstrapped progress, along with a curated, highly relevant list of alternative stage-appropriate investors in my region. This level of professionalism and support for early-stage founders is rare. Highly recommended for any founder looking for transparent and constructive VC interactions.
