When I used their design your ring feature I enjoyed the control over metal and stone shape, but the pricing climbs quickly once you add details. The final product is elegant, just wish it had shipped a few days sooner.

The team at Klara Allen were absolutely amazing, I don’t think I have ever experienced such good and dedicated customer service before. From start to finish the guys were all over it and supportive throughout. I had a few issues with postage (not their fault) and the team quickly and rapidly sought to rectify and support where possible. The ring looks excellent and I couldn’t be happier. A fantastic brand and a fantastic group of people.
