This was the best bond clean i’ve ever seen so far. Absolutely stunned by the results on a home that has been very neglected with a lot of built up grime. The oven is like new, the man who came to clean was kind and professional, and worked so diligently to get the job done paying attention to every detail. We left him to finish it and he locked up and even put out the welcome mat.

Awful company. Quoted a price, they appeared at agreed time, looked over the house and suddenly because this and that was "extra dirty" suddenly the "quote" rose to over $900. The thing is I was told by 2 other cleaners this would be an easy place to clean as there was nothing outwardly hard to clean. One was a friend who is a cleaner, and the others, the cleaners who actually did the job, for less than the original quoted price by these rip off artists. Stay away, disgusting behaviour and FFS get someone who can speak English properly!

Terrible Terrible service, would give zero starts if I could, STAY AWAY from this cleaning company. There were late, did not clean the property at all, were uncontactable, rude, aggressive, deceptive and misleading.

Possibly the worst cleaning experience we’ve ever had. We booked an end-of-lease clean for a standard 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home. They turned up TWO HOURS late, and then had the audacity to tell us the price was suddenly $1,100 MORE because we apparently have an “extra-large balcony” and a “linen closet.”

A linen closet?! Seriously? This is a completely standard feature in a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home — and certainly not something that should result in an unexpected $1,100 surcharge.

The whole experience felt misleading, opportunistic and completely unprofessional. If these charges existed, they should have been clearly disclosed before arriving, not sprung on us after they were already two hours late.

Absolutely unacceptable customer service and pricing. We feel completely ripped off.

Do yourself a favour and stay away. There are plenty of professional cleaners who provide transparent pricing and actually show up when they say they will.

Asked for a bond clean quote on a 2 bed 1 bath apt.

Got quoted $400 over the phone.

Invoice arrived at $440 as quote randomly excluded GST.

Cleaner went to my apartment on a Saturday evening and called me a number of times asking if I wanted to pay an extra $200 dollars to clean the oven and other extra charges for random parts of the house. I was out of my house and busy so told them to just do a bond clean as normal so I can get my bond back.

My estate agent viewed the property and advised the shower hadn’t been touched, floors still dirty among other issues including ceilings and walls.

The bond clean company are now trying to revisit and charge me more money to finish the job.

Steer clear.

This is the most unprofessional, misleading company.
I dont know how they are trading
So many hidden things they wont do and want to charge for, even when its listed in the checklist.
I would never recommend them and I am trying to work out how to make a formal complaint as they should be investigated

I contacted Reign from Kleening Crew for a quote on an end of lease/Bond clean for my 3 bedroom 2 bathroom single storey house.
I was quoted $535 plus I added steam clean for 3 rooms $125
First I wasnt advised that this was excluding GST until i seen it listed on the invoice once I confirmed booking.
I paid a $99 deposit and booked it in.
A cleaning supervisor turned up to my house first before any cleaning crew.
Walked my property taking a video
then advised the carpets were extra because i had a small walk in, in the main room ( the whole room was still less then the standard size included)
Then confirmed no spot cleaning would be done on walls, this would be extra.
Stated the pantry in my kitchen was not included even though the checklist states cupboards in kitchen.
Moved on to hallway and he stated linen cupboard would not be included, i was happy to take this one as there was no cupboards listed in checklist for hallway.
Moving into laundry i was then advised the 2 cupboards i had in there was not included because its more then a standard laundry with just a sink tub.
All these things were extra.
I was happy to comprise on doing some of the things myself.

Then the really problem started when he told me they would not touch the oven.
Even though it clear listed Oven, Cooktop and range in the kitchen checklist
When we argued this point the “supervisor” continued to refuse and I advised I would complain and if i didnt get my bond back they would just have to come back and fix it as this was statement in the terms.
He packed up, walked out and drove away.
I continue to call his boss to discuss and come to a resolution he advised he would call me back after speaking to him and was then never heard of again.

I contact Reign at the office furst thing monday morning to demand my deposit back and it took over 7 days before i got it back

I had a quote for about $700 for. 2bedroom apartment. I expected to pay up to $1000 which is the highest end of the price range for end of lease cleaning. 2 men came and quoted $3200 saying it had to be deep cleaned. We took a cloth and wiped and everything came off easily. Told these guys to leave and got a real professional in and gave her the whole $1000 just for being good and fair. If you choose to use Kleening Crew prepared to get ripped off.

Do not waste your $. Cleaners apparently had an accident on their way and after complaining they sent 1 male with a bucket and accessories, yet the website says latest equipment. It was a Granny Flat and we had pre-cleaned. Over 3hrs later and the Real Estate said not good enough. They send the same 1 guy out again. Cost around $300 and all he did was wipe benches, mop floor and not much else. They are also very rude!

I obtained multiple quotes for an end of lease clean, including from Kleening Crew. I was drawn by their claim of cleaning for Meriton, which was later confirmed false by a friend who works there.

I sent a floorplan to ensure the quote would be accurate and no unexpected additional costs. However, after turning up 2 hours late, was told I would have to pay an additional $130 as it’s bigger than they thought (despite the floorplan being accurate and current). They couldn’t explain the additional costs, just that “it’s bigger”.

They ask for an upfront deposit, locking customers in to feel pressured to agree to additional costs. It stinks of scam behaviour.
