I never thought I would be SCAMMED updates...
NEWEST UPDATE (16 November 2021)
Shoes are in China, somewhere. I have not been able to locate them as yet. If I knew the name of Klevr China seller I could contact them and seek a refund. Klevr dropships with China, the consumer pays in US$ way more than other online stores and Klevr pockets the difference. Klevr has rebranded many times, possibly due to negative reviews. Komfee-shop, Woven-joyshop... I am demanding a refund so I am sending out my email to all the addresses they have listed over Canada. I am filing a report with BBB, listed with many other review sites, and doing heaps of searching about them.
LATEST UPDATE (November 2021):
Nearly 100 days in transit. The shoes did arrive in NZ went through NZPost processing over 6 days...then was redirected back to China! NZPost is doing what they can to either recover the shoes, find out why Klevr have requested a return flight back to China or if I am really lucky a refund.
ORIGINAL REVIEW
I never thought I would be SCAMMED! until I discovered the site! I loved the shoes so, I purchased 3 different styles. I received one pair, a half size smaller than I ordered. I emailed 'Question Shoe' and Phoebe replied (she was very helpful) informing me the 'other' pair was on the way, no mention of the third pair I asked about. The second pair arrived. it has been around 2 months and now I am beginning to suspect a scam. The proof of purchase invoice gives a tracking number but no mention of the carrier to match it to. Phoebe had been responding to all my emails until I questioned her on the whereabouts of the last pair of shoe night be and unable to track from my side of the world, she has gone quiet! I began doing some investigation on the trading name and what surfaced was not what I wanted to read. This makes me more determined to recoup my money. I have emailed the shoe company, 'Klevr Footwear' (Clever Footwear - not so clever now) with attached screenshots, of the SCAMMING SITES I searched, Trust Pilot, Merchant Genius with their findings. My next step is to remove them from Google, as these SCAMMING people have ripped enough people off and need shutting down. Not even sure if I can reclaim my payment depending on the bank. In future, will be checking company details or sticking to the genuine online shops, I know. These con artists use US$ (yet shipped from China) and English language along with FREE shipping so they don't need to verify tracking.
