I recently reviewed this seller because several UK practitioners contacted me with concerns after purchasing from them. To understand the situation better, I placed an order myself. The experience raised multiple red flags.

The company has no visible UK presence, no working customer service line and no registered UK business details that I could verify. The parcel I received also included import paperwork that was not consistent with what authorised distributors normally issue. Delivery took several days longer than expected, and I received no clear communication or support throughout the process.

As a distributor working directly with the brand, I know how important product authenticity, traceability and correct documentation are for practitioner and client safety. The inconsistencies I experienced were concerning enough that I felt UK customers should be aware before making a purchase.

Today I received my order. My cream was without an inner lid, which makes me think that it is a fake. Before this, I ordered the same cream and it had an inner lid.

Had never heard of this shop before so was skeptical, but I searched around for eyelash serum and here was the most reasonable priced for it. Was really fast delivery seen as though I think it’s outside of the UK. Well packaged and well priced, will definitely be ordering my Turkish products from here in the future :)
