Thank you for your unfair 1 star review. I am very sorry to hear you are not happy with the fixed call out fee that you agreed to and were charged by the company your booked. Sadly this is not us as we only contract on their behalf therefore your review has been posted on the wrong company.
Unfortunately we cannot repair the unrepairable its just simply not possible. I would like to ask you to reconsider your 1 star review and remove it considering you didn't book ourselves out. As mentioned we contract for the company that you booked through and unfortunately have no control over their call out fees. You agreed to their terms and conditions when you booked the call out with them, As they had no available engineers in the area they asked us to attend the repair on their behalf. We do not set the call out fees for them, We cannot change the fee's another company has. Your 1 star review needs to be given to them not ourselves.

Excellent service and at a very reasonable price. Wayne is professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He arrived promptly and left everything clean and tidy when he was done. I highly recommend him.

Repaired my washing machine - initial visit, ordering parts, completion of job all done in less than a week - would have been even quicker, but a weekend in the middle slowed down the delivery of the parts. Highly recommend.

Great washing machine repair man
I’ve tried on several occasions to find workmen for various jobs and there are a lot of cowboys out there However Wayne Matthews was exceptional -punctual very knowledgeable polite and basically a very nice guy who did a great job at a reasonable cost and would definitely recommend him

Appliance repairs well done.
Needed our tumble dryer and electric oven repairing. Contacted Check-a-Trade and Wayne responded. Came following day, checked what the problems were, ordered the parts but did a temporary repair on tumble dryer. Two days later Wayne came back and fixed everything. Very reliable, well presented and courteous. Would recommend 100%.

My washing machine broke down so I contacted KLS Appliance Repairs. A guy named Wayne came within a couple of days. He was awesome. Very professional and the cost of parts for the machine were very reasonable. I highly recommend this company. Thankyou again.
