Can't put into words how helpful The Device Hub and Aaron have been in facilitating the purchase of my new Macbook Air.

Started off great and then I did wait some time to hear back and perhaps jumped to conclusions too quickly. The team are opening up an on-site store, so there were some delays as they have been very busy with this. However, they have gone above and beyond, and then beyond again, to make up for any delay and look after me.

Aaron visited me to check over my old PC as I was doing a part-ex, and with Apple being somewhat difficult when it comes to erasing and selling devices, after making the trip he had to leave in the end as we had some trouble with 'unlocking' my computer. Despite this, Aaron went out of his way and made the effort to meet me again only a day later to complete our transaction once I had sorted out any issues.

Couldn't be happier with the service from Device Hub and the device I purchased. 100% I will be going back for any future tech needs I have. Aaron is a fantastic example of someone who knows exactly how to run a business and deliver an exceptional service to his customers.
