Why do I even bother. Such a waste of time and days waiting for a refund with my funds blocked! I won't bother again with More Computers. EDIT: Not long after my order was cancelled due to "out of stock" I could see the same item listed again at a higher price!!!

We placed an order via Amazon, which had Morecoco listed as the seller and shipper, with about 10 items left in stock. About an hour later the order was cancelled without explanation.

Mispricing seems to be a theme with the reviews of morecoco.
I bought the Ubiquiti video doorbell on their amazon listing. Then I went and purchased associated accessories that I would need for it from eBay and other sites. Morecoco cancelled my order, relisted their doorbell with a £100 price increase and never even sent an explanation.
Now I'm left with having the return some unneeded parts and just accept the loss on some others. I can only assume they had mispriced the item.

Terrible service. Paid for Nike watch strap and next day delivery. DPD attempted delivery twice but would not deliver to neighbour. Morecoco wouldn’t assist. Returned to sender and then morecoco refused to honour the price and item. Avoid at all costs.

I don’t dispute anything you say. This all sound very reasonable. The issue is that the service you provided didn’t allow alternative delivery arrangements to be made. For example, leave with a neighbour or leave in a safe place. They required a photo of it being handed to the resident. It’s not really reasonable to expect a person to take a day off work for a £28 watch strap. Not was it made clear at the point of purchase that this was an expectation. Also, in terms of delivery attempts - DPD states there should be 3 attempted deliveries before returning to sender which ‘might’ have given time to arrange someone else to sit in the house each day. They did 2.
Your points are valid to a degree, but they are based on factually incorrect information. Similarly you could have offered a goodwill solution which you didn’t.
In short - still avoid unless you can take a day off work for a delivery. 🤷🏻♂️

Ordered TEAMGROUP T-Force Delta RGB 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR5-6000 CL30 Memory Priced at £135 on the 19th Nov 2025.
We kept seeing the item on PC partpicker with the prices going up from MoreCoCo, we recived an notification that the items are out of stock about 1 week later, with a refund date of 5-7 working days.
Strange it is out of stock since the price kept going up on their site.

A little sceptical about ordering, after reading some of the reviews about 'too good to be true' prices, but it was such a great price, I thought I'd give it a go. I was initially sceptical seeing the price. But trustpilot reviews mentioned responsive customer service. I paid with PayPal over the weekend. Monday morning I called the number on their website and they confirmed my order is ready to be dispatched. Later in the afternoon I received email with tracking details and I received the item on Tuesday.
