In stock, but never in stock!

I'm sorry but you guys just take the piss. Too many times now I have bought an "in stock" item to then get a message saying there had been a problem and the item got out of stock. Why do I even bother. Such a waste of time and days waiting for a refund with my funds blocked! I won't bother again with More Computers. EDIT: Not long after my order was cancelled due to "out of stock" I could see the same item listed again at a higher price!!!

You’re right to be annoyed having an order cancelled after showing as in stock, especially if you’ve experienced it more than once. That’s not the experience we want customers to have, and we completely understand why it feels like a waste of time.
In this case, the order was re-placed and successfully shipped, and we hope everything is now as expected. That said, it shouldn’t have needed that extra step in the first place. The initial issue was down to a stock discrepancy, which we know is something we need to keep improving.
Regarding the pricing, what you saw would have been a separate stock batch at a different cost price, but we accept that without context it doesn’t come across well — especially following a cancellation.
We’re working on improving both stock accuracy and how we communicate these situations, as well as speeding up refund handling so funds aren’t tied up longer than necessary.
Sorry again for the inconvenience caused, and we do appreciate you giving us another chance to get the order out to you.

Dishonest company

An honest email that the price was incorrect would be ok, but the dishonesty is appalling.

To clarify, the cancellation was due to a stock/pricing issue on that specific listing. The higher-priced item you saw afterwards relates to a separate batch of stock with a different cost price, not the same units being relisted. We appreciate that from your perspective it appears otherwise, especially without a detailed explanation at the time.
You’re right on one key point — the communication should have been clearer. Where pricing errors occur, we should be upfront about it rather than relying on a generic “out of stock” message, and that’s something we’re actively improving.
We do not operate dishonestly or cancel orders to relist at higher prices, but we accept that this situation did not reflect well and we apologise for the confusion and inconvenience caused.

Easy to deal with

Bought a motherboard and cpu from these guys. First time I've used them but based on this experience I would be happy to use them again.

Cancelled order without explanation

We placed an order via Amazon, which had Morecoco listed as the seller and shipper, with about 10 items left in stock. About an hour later the order was cancelled without explanation.

Seems to be common thread in these reviews.

This order was placed via Amazon, and the cancellation was due to a stock discrepancy that occurred shortly after the listing showed availability. While it may have displayed multiple units in stock at the time, marketplace systems don’t always update in real time, especially when items are selling quickly across multiple channels.

We understand how this can look — particularly if you’re seeing similar feedback elsewhere — but these situations are not intentional and certainly not how we want customers to experience our service. When stock errors do occur, orders are cancelled promptly and refunds are issued in full.

That said, you should have received a clearer explanation at the time, and we accept that communication could have been better here. We’re actively working on improving stock accuracy and how cancellations are handled across marketplaces like Amazon.

This order was placed via Amazon, and there was a known issue at the time where tracking information we had uploaded was not being displayed correctly on Amazon’s system. Unfortunately, this meant customers were not seeing updates despite the parcel already being in transit.

From our side, the order was processed and dispatched as expected, but we understand that without visible tracking or updates, it can feel like nothing is happening — which isn’t a good experience.

We also take on board your comments about communication. Even where issues sit with Amazon’s system, we should still ensure customers feel informed and supported.

Orders cancelled without explanation

Mispricing seems to be a theme with the reviews of morecoco.

I bought the Ubiquiti video doorbell on their amazon listing. Then I went and purchased associated accessories that I would need for it from eBay and other sites. Morecoco cancelled my order, relisted their doorbell with a £100 price increase and never even sent an explanation.

Now I'm left with having the return some unneeded parts and just accept the loss on some others. I can only assume they had mispriced the item.

To clarify, the higher-priced listing you’ve seen is a separate listing and not the same stock as your original order. The cancellation was due to a stock/pricing issue on that specific listing, not a decision to relist the same unit at a higher price. We appreciate that from your perspective it looks like the same item, and without explanation it understandably comes across the wrong way.

You’re also right to expect clearer communication. An explanation should have been provided at the time of cancellation, and we accept that this wasn’t handled as well as it should have been.

Terrible service

Terrible service. Paid for Nike watch strap and next day delivery. DPD attempted delivery twice but would not deliver to neighbour. Morecoco wouldn’t assist. Returned to sender and then morecoco refused to honour the price and item. Avoid at all costs.

I don’t dispute anything you say. This all sound very reasonable. The issue is that the service you provided didn’t allow alternative delivery arrangements to be made. For example, leave with a neighbour or leave in a safe place. They required a photo of it being handed to the resident. It’s not really reasonable to expect a person to take a day off work for a £28 watch strap. Not was it made clear at the point of purchase that this was an expectation. Also, in terms of delivery attempts - DPD states there should be 3 attempted deliveries before returning to sender which ‘might’ have given time to arrange someone else to sit in the house each day. They did 2.

Your points are valid to a degree, but they are based on factually incorrect information. Similarly you could have offered a goodwill solution which you didn’t.

In short - still avoid unless you can take a day off work for a delivery. 🤷🏻‍♂️

First, we want to acknowledge your main point: it is not reasonable to expect someone to take a day off work for a £28 watch strap. We completely agree with that. That is not, and has never been, our expectation.

The parcel was dispatched on time using the next day service selected. Once it entered DPD’s network, their delivery rules applied. In this case, the service required a direct handover with photographic proof and did not permit delivery to a neighbour or safe place. Those restrictions are set by the courier based on the service level and parcel classification — they are not settings we can manually override once the parcel is in transit. We understand how frustrating that is, especially when more flexible options would have solved the issue easily.

Regarding delivery attempts, DPD’s general policy may state three attempts; however, in practice this can vary depending on depot handling, driver routing, and timing. In this instance, two attempts were made before the parcel was returned to sender. We agree that a third attempt may have provided more opportunity to rearrange delivery, but unfortunately that decision sits with the courier rather than with us.

Where we do accept responsibility is in how the situation felt from your side. While the factual sequence of events is accurate — the parcel was dispatched promptly, delivery was attempted, and it was returned after failed delivery — we could have handled the overall experience with more flexibility. A goodwill gesture may have helped ease the frustration, and that’s something we will reflect on internally.

We did not refuse to assist, and we did not withhold the item unfairly. Once a parcel is returned to sender, the original transaction is effectively voided. If the product price has changed in the meantime, we are unfortunately unable to honour a previous promotional price on a new order. That policy is applied consistently.

We understand that from your perspective, the end result was inconvenient and disappointing. While we may disagree on certain aspects, we respect your right to share your experience. Our aim is never to make delivery difficult, and we will continue reviewing how we manage courier services to minimise situations like this in the future.

A scam company

A scam company that advertises hih end laptops takes your money then ships you a cheap low end chromebook. Avoid at all costs they are crooks.

We did not dispatch the item you’re referring to, and we have no record of this order being placed through our own website. Avoid like the plague

Ordered TEAMGROUP T-Force Delta RGB 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR5-6000 CL30 Memory Priced at £135 on the 19th Nov 2025.
We kept seeing the item on PC partpicker with the prices going up from MoreCoCo, we recived an notification that the items are out of stock about 1 week later, with a refund date of 5-7 working days.
Strange it is out of stock since the price kept going up on their site.

To clarify the situation, the listing you ordered from was affected by a system-wide pricing issue caused by incorrect data from our distributor. This was an honest mistake, not a deliberate attempt to mislead anyone. We acknowledged the error, cancelled the affected orders, and processed full refunds. Like other reputable sellers, we have a responsibility to ensure that incorrect listings are not fulfilled at unsustainable prices.

The higher-priced listings you saw afterwards reflect new stock received at significantly different distribution costs — not the same batch or product line. We understand how it may look from the outside, but that doesn’t mean we acted in bad faith.

We’re always open to constructive criticism, and we’ve taken steps to improve our systems since this incident.

A little sceptical about ordering

A little sceptical about ordering, after reading some of the reviews about 'too good to be true' prices, but it was such a great price, I thought I'd give it a go. Good value, prompt delivery

I was initially sceptical seeing the price. But trustpilot reviews mentioned responsive customer service. I paid with PayPal over the weekend. Monday morning I called the number on their website and they confirmed my order is ready to be dispatched. Later in the afternoon I received email with tracking details and I received the item on Tuesday.
