As usual, the staff are always approachable and eager to help; it's always quick and painless if I'm in a hurry.
When I have the time to shop, there are usually a few options to choose from depending on whether I need professional grade or bargain-basement el-cheapo disposable...or somewhere in between.
The one time I wanted them to honor a warranty, it was quick & painless.
Today, I was in Abbotsford(although I usually shop in Calgary) and as usual, I was in and out in 5 minutes, the 2 people I spoke to were pleasant and helpful, as usual. 5 stars as always!
