I had a really positive experience using this company. From start to finish, the whole process was handled professionally and efficiently. They took the stress out of dealing with the claim and kept me updated every step of the way, which gave me real peace of mind.

What stood out most was their honesty and transparency — everything was explained clearly, and there were no surprises. The team was responsive, helpful, and genuinely cared about getting the best outcome for me.

Knights handled my insurance claim…

Knights handled my insurance claim following impact damage to my property with professionalism and persistence. From the outset, they took control of the process, dealt directly with the insurer and loss adjusters, and kept me updated throughout.

The claim experienced significant delays from the insurer’s side, including cancelled survey visits and slow responses, but Knights continued to chase matters and escalate where necessary. Their involvement ultimately led to a fair settlement offer, which I accepted.

Payment of £16,500 was successfully secured and received. Without their support, navigating the process would have been extremely difficult.

I would recommend Knights to anyone needing assistance with a property insurance claim.

My insurance company is a JOKE

My insurance company is a JOKE. They offered me peanuts for my water damage. Insulting. Called Knights and they didn’t take any nonsense. They squeezed every penny out of the policy that I was owed. Don’t let the insurance giants bully you, get these guys on your side.

Outstanding Service – Stress-Free From Start to Finish

I used Knights Insurance Claims to help with damage to my property, and the whole experience was excellent. From day one, the team were professional, supportive, and genuinely cared about making the process as smooth as possible.
They kept me informed at every step, handled all the tricky parts with the insurer, and in the end secured my payout without any stress on my side. What could have been a frustrating situation turned into a positive experience thanks to their expertise and customer care.
I can’t recommend Knights Insurance Claims highly enough – they truly go above and beyond for their clients.

Greedy insensitive company

Their admin team is no contact. Won’t confirm if there’s a refund, or what I can and can’t claim despite having the policy document in front of me. Disgusting greedy careless company avoid

Deeply Regret Appointing Ari Knightsclaims – Acts More Like an Insurer’s Ally Than My Loss Assessor-
I strongly regret appointing Ari as my loss assessor. From the outset, I made it clear that I wanted my building claim to be handled in line with Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) regulations, which clearly state that if a policyholder insists on a cash settlement, the insurer must offer cash equivalent to what they would pay their own supplier.
Shockingly, Ari refused to pursue the claim this way and instead took an unhelpful, almost adversarial stance—siding with the insurer rather than representing me, his client. Instead of asserting my rights, he argued in a way that felt more like support for the insurance company than advocacy for the policyholder. My requests were repeatedly ignored for days.
Even worse, Ari failed to obtain or submit any independent builder’s quote for the extensive £250,000 repair work. This left only the insurer’s quote on the table—completely undermining my position. I had to go out of my way to find a builder and request a professional quote myself, which is a core responsibility of the loss assessor I hired and paid to do exactly that.
My home fire loss claim is now approaching 2 years and my home is still uninhabitable.
I deeply regret leaving my previous loss assessor, who was responsive, proactive, and consistently fought for my interests. In contrast, Ari seems to leave the job to the insurer—exposing me to risk and weakening my rightful claim.
This experience has been a massive letdown. A loss assessor’s role is to protect and advocate for the policyholder, not to surrender that duty to the insurer.
In past two months I have asked he follows the FOS regulations but he keeps coming up with irrational excuses.
How do I get this man to actually do the job he was appointed for, instead of handing my claim over to the very party we’re meant to be negotiating with?

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Take payment when Insurance was cancelled a full year previously. No communication from any staff. They do not answer the phone and do not want to know when you have a problem, just pass you onto someone else who cannot help either. Absolutely awful company.

Excellent service and results

When we had a big flood Ari came right away and helped us through the whole process of repair and restoration and dealt with the insurance for us as well. Thanks to him we were able to reconstruct our premises with most of our costs covered by insurance.
He took away a lot of the stress and was supportive throughout.

If you are thinking of using anyone else, think again

What should of been a straight forward claim, became very complicated as the insurers/underwriters tried to wiggle out of their responsibilities using some loophole.
Knights wouldn't hear of it and would not take no for an answer. They fought like lions never relenting, and finally got it settled in full. Kudos to Knights. Highly recommended.

Fantastic result with EOW claim

I previously started my escape of water claim with another firm who spent 4 months doing very little and achieving nothing. I then engaged Knights who took up my claim. Knights handled the claim efficiently, professionally and managed to achieve an extremely satisfactory settlement quickly. The settlement was above my expectations and was in excess of 7 times the amount originally offered to me by the insurers. I couldn't be more pleased. I must say thanks to Ari and the team in the office and in particular to Matthew, the negotiator, who handled my claim. I was kept informed of the progress at every stage. In the unfortunate event of your needing a Loss Assessor I would recommend Knights Insurance Claims Consultants without any hesitation.
