Honestly i read all the bad reviews and didn't want to get the cloak through knightweave, but i kept hearing how much my little brother liked the cloak he saw on knightweave because it would look great on his costume set up. I bought it for him early dec for his Christmas present. well i blew it because i got one that was to small for him....... Thinking dang all those complaints I'm going to have to buy a second one because i messed up.... I contacted knightweave and i felt like it took forever "thought i would have to buy a second one" but it really didn't and they said basically cool just send it back and will send you wright size. Also they did me a favor of sending it directly to him in cali after he received it from me "being to small" in Iowa for Christmas. THANK YOU KNIGHTWEAVE!!!
I bought kids cloaks for my niece and nephew for Christmas. They were soft and warm and looked great. However the button holding the cloak closed broke within 10 minutes of giving it to my niece and there was no way to fix it. It couldn't be sewed back in or mended in any way. I contacted Knightweave and they said that because the children's cloaks were discontinued (for quality reasons I'm assuming) they couldn't do anything for me. They suggested that I use the free brooch that came with it (a very cute pin) to secure the cloak. I did not give the brooch to my niece as she is 5 years old and I'm not giving a pin to a 5 year old. Very disappointed in the quality of the button securing the cloak. These are in children's sizes, made for children, you would think the button would last longer than 10 minutes. It made my nice gift look cheap. My husband and I have cloaks from Free the Sheep and I would recommend those over these for sure. Knightweave cloaks are silly little costumes that aren't meant for actual use.
Quality Product! Arrived quickly and feels great. As advertised. Customer service is a bit lacking. Ordered the wrong size (my bad) and did not get any response from the company
Have sent multiple messages, beginning right after Christmas, so I can exchange an item for an upcoming event, received a form to complete and never heard back. Checked spam. Nothing. Re-sent the form. Nothing. Re-sent original message. Still nothing. What a disappointment. This was a xmas gift for my son and it's too small. With our upcoming Renaissance Festival nearing, it's a shame they don't honor returns/exchanges well within return time frame.
Excellent products. I have purchased two of their capes and they are high quality, but even higher quality is the customer service. They are incredibly quick, helpful, and seem to genuinely care about their customers, which is rare.
We ordered two ranger cloaks one waterproof, one original. Very thick and cozy. The fake fur lining inside feels absolutely amazing. The quality overall is great. The waterproof cloak did have one button that fell off when we were unwrapping , all the other buttons are very secure. I contacted support and they responded timely and sent me a sewing kit with a replacement button they also gave me the option for an exchange. I will definitely be buying some of their other cloak styles in the future.
Love the cloaks! Looking forward to wearing them this winter! Team was very helpful and got back to me quickly when i contacted support about my order.

Item arrives in the UK and told we owe £150 more.
£500 for a shitting cloak, that I don't even have yet.
Once I ordered, I noticed there's Comfort and Adventure styles. Adventure is supposed to be the heavier duty waterproof one. For starters, that option was missing. I emailed their support right away. I am now being told that, "Just to clarify, all Scout Cloaks share the same style, with the main difference being the color. With this in mind, would you be open to switching your order to the Ranger Cloak – Waterproof Edition?" By Jen Garcia of their customer support team. There is no Scout - Waterproof.
Scam. They put up these cool videos then take orders but never ship. They shut down the Instagram page due to tge complaints. Have to go through my credit card company to dispute but it probably to late.
Customer service is barely there. No one will answer the phone. No one will call back. No one will return your emails. I'm shocked that asking to cancel my order had any actual response as I was about to dispute the charge with my credit card company. The reviews seem positive on their products, but don't expect prompt shipping, customer service...or just about anything except a long wait for your order.
I purchased a cloak from Knightweave over four months ago at the time of writing this review. The product itself is great, but the communication on Knightweave's side was incredibly frustrating. My order was delayed multiple times, and I was not updated about this. Twice, after a promised shipping date had long since passed, I sent an email to inquire about the situation and to ask if they would please inform me next time. Both times, they only apologized for the delay without acknowledging my actual complaint regarding the lack of communication. For all I know, they barely even skimmed my emails. I understand that, as a startup company, they still had to figure things out with the supplier, so I'm more than happy to forgive the delays themselves. However, not telling customers about the delays and practically shrugging off what I believe is a reasonable request is simply unprofessional.
