Scary sharp…excellent craftsmanship. Melts through foods. I’ve use an 8” Wustof chefs knife for the last 40 years and this cleaver is a whole other thing. Truly remarkable.

This is absolutely beautiful, brilliant and is more wonderful to use that could possibly be described but this - I gave as a gift the Chef's Knife - is a top product. It is really well-made, feels good to handle, is extremely proficient at all tasks so far and I look forward to learning how to care for it as me and my partner now share it because it's so great. Will be buying more in future for sure ! Great service also quick to deliver and great price and also the way it is packaged it perfect because to store and gift and yes. I would highly recommend.
