I have not received my knife yet and I was trying to find out where it was in the shipping/delivery process. There is no visibility into this process. I would expect a Tracking Number but instead they direct me to download/install another app on my phone which I don't want to do. This is no "delivered by" date either. I would consider this a huge gap in overall customer service

My only complaint was i wasn’t exactly sure where my knife was once delivered, i had to look for it, it wasnt in my mailbox or the places it normally gets placed, fairy sure thats not your fault though.

These knives are beautiful and remarkably sharp. We bought the set of steak knives a year ago and liked them so much we decided to get the complete Damascus knife set and the bread knife. They make all prep work in the kitchen so much easier. And they are beautiful enough that you want to leave them on their stand displayed on the counter.

I purchased as a Christmas gift for my mother. She loves it! The knife arrived on time which was so helpful for last minute shoppers like me. It was beautiful and worked amazing extremely sharp which in this case is a good thing. Handle with care unlike myself.
