KNOCK Lending was Fantastic! DOM ROHER was the utmost professional. He explained the options available clearly and followed through with everything from start to finish. DOM walked us through the entire process and if there were any potential delays he worked directly with us and the underwriter to make sure those did not happen.
The process was smooth and seamless. I give all the credit to our loan officer DOM ROHER but his support team was also responsive and helpful all the time.
I can not say enough about DOM and the KNOCK team.
Thank you for helping us achieve what we set out to do with out delay.

I worked with Carm Benson who was wonderful. I had many questions and she took the time I needed to assist me from the start to the very end! I never heard of Knock before but trust I won’t forget them! I had a seamless experience. And the guarantee they offer were legit!

We were told about Knock Lending by our real estate agent. At first we were cautious, checking all numbers and reading all documents. Dom Roher and his team were the ultimate in professionalism. Every call was answered or promptly returned. Every question was promptly answered. We had an excellent experience at closing. All numbers matched up perfectly. I would not hesitate to recommend Dom Roher and Knock Lending to any friend or relative.

Dom Roher was our rep, and was so professional during every stage of the process. He was able to give us accurate and informative answers to our questions, was very responsive and diligent at providing what we needed during our home search, as well as superb at letting me know what Knock needed from us to continue the loan process. This is such an amazing program. It allowed my buyer to purchase their new home without the stress of having to sell their current home first, and trying to co-ordinate closing dates etc etc. Francine Bethune was our Advisor and she was excellent, always available to answer our questions no matter how trivial they were. The process was smooth right from the first day. My clients are extremely happy and said it was the best selling/buying experience they have ever had.

We had a wonderful experience with Knock and their Home Swap Program. But most of all with Trisha Schmidt, our loan advisor. She has been a joy to work with and so helpful in every step of the transaction. Trisha was always available to answer our calls, questions and concerns. She has made what is often a stressful process, more bearable. And on top of that, she is genuinely excited and happy for her customers during the process. We cannot thank her and the Knock team enough for helping us be able to buy our dream home!

I’m a Realtor in FL. I used the Knock program a few times and the outcome was a success. The fact that the program allows a buyer to buy their new house before selling their current home is an advantage to those sellers who are concern to sell without first securing the purchase. Trish was our loan officer, she made the process smooth and was always available to answer any questions.

My experience with Knock was wonderful. I work in the real estate industry (MLS software). I had so many conversations during the course of buying and selling with Knock's HomeSwap program and it was very encouraging to have someone point out to me ways that Knock really is doing things in a different way. And one that is so beneficial to the buyer/seller. I was already happy with how it was going but I think I was made aware of a lot of side benefits that would have otherwise escaped my notice if I was not in communication with so many people from the real estate industry. One of the truly standout parts of my experience with Knock had to be working with Trisha Schmidt, my Loan Advisor. She was ALL OVER that process! (In the best way!) Without her responsiveness, ability to coordinate, be flexible, and move fast(!) I know I would not have been able to put in the winning offer on this house. And I would have lived with the regret of indecisiveness and missed opportunities forever I think, every time I saw an image of happy families at their lake house.

Our sales rep Joe went above and beyond in helping us through the process. Texting, calls and emails kept us in the loop of the process. Closing in 30 days is a challenge but if you provide what Knock needs quickly you're helping yourself and Underwriting.

A fantastic and smooth experience. Everything went as promised and everyone at Knock who we were in contact with were all consummate professionals starting with Dustin who was our contact person. The ability for Knock to be able to provide a bridge loan and allow us to purchase a new home without having to sell our current home first was a definite plus. More traditional mortgage companies should follow this concept.
We were able to close on our new home as scheduled with Knock working with us every step of the way and advance us he funds necessary so we could delay the selling and closing on our new home. Thank you to all at Knock - Dustin, Robert, ShaRhonda, Jenn, AJ and all of the support and loan teams.

Working with knock has been a complete disaster for my family. We were pre-approved on June 18th. Here’s a quote that’s copied from the email I received “Your pre-approval letter is attached. This reflects a purchase price of up to $425,000 with a 20% down payment. We estimate that this scenario will not require you to bring any of your own funds to the purchase of your new home.” It seemed like every other day after that I was asked to provide some type of document. In a lot of cases it was documents that I had previously provided and some documents were being asked for so late in the process that it was obvious that the people working my case were unorganized at best. Here’s just a couple of examples. On July 20th, (6 days before when we should have been closing) I was asked to explain in a signed letter if there was damages to the house during a storm that happened in April. On July 22nd I was asked to send a signed letter to explain things like a $300 Cash app deposit that I received as a wedding present and a venmo transfer that my wife sent me to help pay for the earnest money. These request come often. It’s become a part of my morning routine to wake and see what Knock needs today. I was also asked to provide 2 months of bank statements and my earnest money information on July 22nd, all of which had been provided weeks ago on multiple occasions (May statement over a month ago). When my concerns about documents being asked for late in the process grew, I decided to contact a manager, Chris Quin. He and I talked and he agreed that some of the things I were going through was not right and informed me that because I’m moving to a new town as a teacher and will not have a paystub from my new school district that this was causing issues, but later in the conversation reassured me that it was going to be fine because of the contract I provided. We were supposed to close on our house on July 26th, however on July 22nd I was told that they would need an 11 day extension (after they reassured us that we were on schedule) along with a bank statement showing that I have 13 thousands dollars, some as reserves, some to bring to closing. We don’t have anywhere near that much money in reserves and Knock knows this. I was told that it was because my credit card usage has increased and the cost of our home that we’re trying to sell decreased. Our credit card utilization has actually decreased since we joined knock, and our loan advisor reassured me that our price decrease of our house would not be a problem. If we would not have received this reassurance, we would have kept the price the same and taken a different strategy like staging the house. He told me that instead of paying 20% of the down payment we would be able to pay 10% and some of the other money would be used to pay off debts. This all changed right before our closing date. Our realtor has called and left numerous messages for updates throughout this process because she too was concearned about how late Knock was asking for certain documents. She has NEVER received a call back. She ended up sending the title and contract to 3 different people, due to the lack of professionalism on knocks behalf. The sellers of the house that we were trying to purchase needed the money two days after our original closing date of July 26th. On July 28th, they decided to just keep our earnest money and rent their house out. I’m a teacher. I’m not loaded for cash. We’re in a new city with no place to live and down over 5k in cost due to earnest, option and appraisal cost. We’re going to have to ask for gifts to have the money to go towards new earnest money. After taking a couple days away from knock, my realtor tried to reaching out to try to fix all of this and move forward. On Friday, July 29th, we received an approval for 400k, not pre approval but clear to close! Just to find out days later that our loan advisor and loan processor no longer worked for the company. No one had even told us. We just had to keep reaching out to Knock constantly. After being assigned a new advisor, I aired my frustration to her and asked for her to have Chris Quin reach back out to me. After talking to her, she basically told me that he asked her to deal with it. Now they are asking us to start the process with Knock all over as if it’s day 1. Working with knock has been the worst decision of my life.

My wife I are business professionals. We considered using knock given the current market conditions. WE both opted out of emails. Both of us are enrolled in the national do not call registry. Since submitting our application we have each received 30 plus sales calls from different companies daily. This has affected my work productivity. This is unacceptable and a bold face lie. Do not complete the app electronically. Knock sells your information many times.

worked with a loan rep for over 9 mos. it.was only when we put in an offer we were told we had no credit activity
if he had told us this we would of gotten a credit card 7 mos ago
instead he waits until we get an accepted offer. we had to withdraw from sale. it was so embarrassing and disappointing
wasted 9 mos of our time
