Kolamba At Home Avis

Another delicious at-home feasting box from Kolamba! The vegan feast was amazing as always, with such a tasty variety of vegetable curries. The portion sizes are huge meaning we get to carry on enjoying the feast for multiple days.

Lovely food. Enough for four really so good value.

We ordered the Vegan feast (for two) with additional rotis, and a feast it most certainly was. I'd say it could comfortably feed three hungry people. We saved the dahl and two roti for the following day, so good value too. Really easy to prepare, aside from the rice you just need to heat things up, and did I mention, delicious!
We will certainly use the service again, I'm giving it extra stars * * * * *

My wife and I have just enjoyed our fourth home meal delivery from Kolamba, which was superb throughout.
We hadn't tried the King Fish Feast meal before, which did not disappoint, and which was enjoyably devoured with gusto. The quality of the ingredients and prepared meals really is outstanding, ensuring that the meal is literally exploding with different flavors. All four meals received from Kolamba to date have been consistently prepared with the same levels of care and expertise. We first sampled a meal from Kolamba during lock down, which had been highly recommended by friends, and they never disappoint and continue to maintain their very high standards of preparation and cooking, as well as the next day delivery service. Great value and sublime meals. Why waste your money on high street take aways, when for a similar outlay, you can enjoy a truly delicious feast?

Lovely big portions. Defo enough for two. Other online restaurants have portions half the size but this is great. Thank you.

The food received was fantastic. All easily heated on the hob and done so quickly. The feast for two was so big that we held back a dish for another meal. All delivered on time and in time for our valentines date night in! Will be trying other dishes in the future, as for the little bit extra you spend, it beats anything similar available on uber eats, etc...

Outstanding meal, delivered without delay or difficulty.

The food was lovely, as always, but we only received details of the delivery time at 5.55pm and the meal didn't arrive until after 7pm. By the time we had prepared it, we found ourselves eating much later than we'd hoped or planned.

Excellent meal kit, so delicious! The delivery and packaging was perfect and the meal itself was superb. Thank you Kolamba.

Very good service. Easy instructions great quality and taste. The food was fantastic it was better than any local take away. This is the second time we have used Kolamba and would certainly recommend them to others and use them a gain. I look forward to visiting the restaurant.

Excellent all round, delicious food, well packaged, received on time and well priced

Great service and good food. The only suggestion would be to make the dishes spicier.

Love Kolamba food. The delivery service is great as they deliver to quite a wide area including just outside M25 and package food beautifully.

We’ve been ordering from Kolamba since Covid and they’re way better than their competitors! It’ll be even better if you can bring back string hoppers and jackfruit curry! They were so nice! Also would love a fish/ veggie alternative for mutton rolls!

Tasty, authentic Sri Lankan fare. Sambal was a triumph, dahl a little bland but, overall, a delicious mix of flavours and textures.

Sent to a friend as a gift, they said it was absolutely delicious!

We had the Black Pepper Chicken Feast as a Christmas present from our son. It was absolutely beautiful Sri Lankan food that took us back to this wonderful country where we have had two amazing holidays.
Everything was incredible. Spicy but balanced with wonderful flavours. Particularly liked the chicken, beetroot and sambal. It was truly a feast, with good portions and we couldn’t stop eating. We will definitely visit when we are in London and treat ourselves to another delivery in the future for a special occasion.

We love ordering Kolamba - wherever we are in the U.K. it’s a special treat at home or if we are away visiting friends or on holiday further afield.
