Kolamba At Home Avis 

We bought a meal for two as a gift and we received very positive feedback. They thoroughly enjoyed it and particularly loved the beetroot curry. ( they are meat eaters)
The delivery was precise. The value, quality and quantity were perfect 🤩

We went to Sri Lanka on our honeymoon, so wanted some authentic food for our anniversary. It was absolutely delicious, would highly recommend. Excellent costumer service too.

Food was very tasty, and there was a lot of it. Removing one star as the mutton curry was a lot spicier than we expected, and there was no warning about this on the website when buying the meal kit. We obviously expected a bit of heat from a curry but this was almost too much for us!

Our daughter gave us a voucher to try this, it did not disappoint. Each packet was clearly labelled with heating instructions and the food was delicious. Would happily recommend to others.

Easy to use website. Arrived on time all as stated. Food was easy to prepare and came out looking very close to what was advertised. Good amount of food. It will be considered expensive to some, but it was well balanced and interesting flavours. The meat was very tender. It certainly felt like restaurant food, and a huge step above a ready meal from a supermarket. You have to decide if it is worth the money....

Bought this for my elderly Mum to share with us. She was brought up in Sri Lanka and it was like a trip down memory lane for her. The tastes and smells were just awesome. Thank you Kolamba.

The food was good but packaging was very wasteful and the instruction card was printed too small and incomplete

Food was exceptionally lovely as ever - delivered on time, quality amazing - the mutton curry was absolutely out of this world. Only place in the UK where you can get authentic Sri Lankan food 😍

The meal kit was easy to prepare and delicious and had very authentic flavours which took me right back to Sri Lanka. The coconut sambol, roti and beetroot curry were especially good.

Words cannot give justice to how good this food is, if you haven't tried it then your life needs to be enlightened.

It arrived with clear instructions on how to heat the individual elements up.
The food was amazing. A lot of the curries were completely different to anything we had tasted before. All of them were restaurant quality. We would definitely order this again. Great for special occasions or as a gift for foodie friends and family.

We were SO disappointed after last time. During lockdown we had a Kolamba curry and it was so good that we sent one to each of my three children and their husbands and wives. This time it was awful. The chicken sauce was very runny and the chicken was the cheapest, most miserable bit of meat you could imagine ( and how inexpensive is chicken?). It was inexcusable. The bean curry sauce was also far too runny and the beans were grissly. The Dahl and the rice were nice, but this cost £64!!
