Won £700 but had deposited a lot more than that. Trying to withdraw, ID has been approved but still no money. Live chat doesn’t work and no number to call. Resulted in emailing customer complaints so just got to wait. It shouldn’t take this long to get your money. They are quick to take it.

Was really put off after seeing these reviews but was to late as had 170 in balance. Tbh verification took 2 minutes it auto approved me as soon as uploaded face and id and I got the 170 to paypal in 5 minutes

Terrible fake app .just another ai generated load of rubbish .gameplay is outrageously poor .customer service are useless . Do not close your account when requested . It is just another site robbing people . Half a star isn't worthy . Slots are clearly rigged. Placed £800 on a game at £2 per spin l, so 400 spins. I won 4 repeat 4 times a grand total of £4.60. No free spins and when counting how many times 2 scatters came in , this was NEVER . DIDNT stand a chance. I did have. Nice won of £400 when I 1st player but it took 3 weeks to obtain this as whatever documents I sent them wasn't satisfactory, bank card, bank statement, driving licence passport, all no good . And as for the so called customer service, when you complain about anything they are "extremely busy" "and will be with you as soon as possible " clearly a problem when so many people are contacting them. Won £300 received in less than 5 minutes then 10 minutes later won a further £585 4 days in and still they won’t reply to emails or my ID check .. it was all approved and my profile also says approved .. it’s definitely a scamming site shouldn’t be aloud to continue I never had such problem with other sites

1 star is too much for this company.
I deposited, realised they didnt offer a live casino feature, had my account blocked, and have been requested to upload drivers license, bank statements, bills etc, just to get my original deposit back, without ever spending a penny on any game.
Customer service is beyond useless. Would not recommend.

Absolutely ridiculous. Few games to choose from. Pure ripp off of your money. Live chat don't work. Constantly tripping out,can't send the message. Opened account,put 50 quid,lost it of course with not even 1 pound win back. No possibility to close account by yourself, BUT they need all your personal data for verification. They even need to know what you was eating last night. AVOID! Scamers and money grabbing thefts!

Played for around 4 months and never won anything (I accept you cant win everytime, but never is hard to accept). They don't have live chat that lets you speak to anyone human and you will wait weeks for an email reply.

Very poor customer service and come across as a scamm8ng site I am still waiting for a withdrawl over £2000. I submitted all identitification and it has all been accepted they were also requesting my wifes id and a cipy of our marriage licence also a phot of my wife for some weird reasons yet the funds have not gone in to my account it has been over 9 days since i attempted to withdraw the money and has taken 56 emails of constantly submitting the same documents again and again come on enough is enough now can you please process my withdrawl its money i have won legally by complying with all instructions so you have no rights to now withold my funds as i have submitted all documents you requested and they have been accepted so why has my withdrawl not been processed after 9 days also site has completetly stopped responding to my emails and locked my account so i cannot no longer log on to view my balance

Complete scam! I won money and when I withdrew the put the money in another bank account that wasn’t mine. I have never seen the account number they claimed I authorised.

The Kong casino doesn't give your deposit back, and make it very difficult to withdrawal your deposit back, it's completely scam .
I have been paid £100 deposit and when I realised that the company hasn't got the roulette game and the withdrawal of money time limit is 2 weeks , i did not play and want to withdrawal my deposit back and it was impossible, about 2 months now and the response is electronic generated nonsense.
