Kong Casino Avis

I won quite abit of money that I withdrawn straight away. I’ve never been asked to verify ID through email but my ID was already verified. I’ve tried contacting them through email no response no matter what. It’s been more than a week now since I haven’t received. Looked at my account today and my winnings have bounced back to me but tried to withdrawal again and this time it doesn’t let me I have to email them, but I can’t because they don’t reply. Question is though would I get my money.

First withdraw was okay after verifying cards, was skeptical about it first because of all the other bad reviews, seemed all good, spent loads of money and then ended up withdrawing 100£ (97.50£ after they take there fee out of it) , that was on 17th of june it got processed, its now the 4th of july, 3 emails sent, no response, dont use this website, hardly any big wins come in and like the other reviews said.. they’ll mess up down the line 👍🏻

Had some difficulties due to card issues but they managed to help me after verifying cards and now waiting on withdrawal. They give good response but only lacking in live chat department but other than that very good site just waiting for my withdrawal and would give them 5 stars once it lands.

Even games that are usually 10p are 20p on this, absolute rip off and games are totally fixed. Joining this and putting in money is a big regret, you live and learn but it's totally fixed and I don't even think it's legit.

I don't leave reviews but I thought I should on this one as there are so many bad ones.. I deposited 10 and won 600 I withdrawed and came across the same problem as everyone else it asked me to verify myself. Online didn't approve but soon as I emailed they was quick at reponing and verify me the very next day! My funds was pending until today but i have received the funds at 1pm so this site is legit from verifying to having the funds took 2 days.

Terrible I've been playing for a while the RTP is definitely turned down to 0 ! Avoid not normal I can assure you I will never play again.

Scam of a site! I’ve reported them to watchdog, resolver and gamblers commission!
They will not communicate other than an automated general email everytime!
No contact number or chat for users to contact them with issues.
Been ongoing since start of May!
They steal everyone’s money and hope they give up trying to get it back!

Setting up a group on Facebook so we can all report them! They need shut down!

If you was able to put 0 I would, bonus is a scam just to get you to put money on any money won no matter the amount goes into bonus cash
I got £1320 and it converted it into £10
What a disgrace of a company how are they aloud to do this
Yes I completed the wager and still nothing

I have recently joined Kong casino deposited £10 and got my bonus and won I withdrew my winnings which I never received…! Then when I went on my withdrawals, on my account it’s states £0 withdrawals. What do I do to resolve my winnings? Has anyone had this issue with your account saying £0 withdrawals and if so did you resolve it and how ? Please could really have some advice on what to do

Stay away from any jumpman casino. This site and there sistersite despite me not long being off gamstop allowed me to deposit on occasion such as last week £600 in space of a few hours. I accept I’ve got a problem and have closed all my accounts with them and went back to gamstop. However these sites have a duty of care towards players and are supposed to be trained in how to spot the red flags of people playing like I was. The worst is they did spot it because after loses of £1000 plus they would email saying it’s supposed to be fun silly things like that. Rather than restricting my account until we spoke and agreed on a deposit limit or something so they where aware of the spending but did not step in nor did they ever ask for proof of income had they done they would have seen I’m in poor health and live of benefits so loosing this money constantly was putting a tremendous strain on me. I can admit my part in this mess I’m now in but they share no responsibility for failing to follow guidelines I reached out to them with all these points and requested a refund as I was advised to do when I sought advice from a third party and I was ignored never had a reply since. I’m not letting it go I’m escalating this

Agree totally with all these poor reviews no chance of a win lose lose I've reported to police Scotland as a scam stay clear

I've deposited considerably less on other sites and won a considerable amount

0 star is more accurate
Deposit your money in 1 click however to withdraw is mission impossible from the lies on the site saying about a live chat to making me spend my own money before I can withdraw???

Struggling to take my money back that’s whole I asked for have sent all my identification in yet it asked me to deposit £1 and this is me doing a withdrawal. Once your deposit you lose your money.

Have to disagree with most of the reviews.
Won £1500.00. Tried to withdraw and they asked for verification. Simple pic of my driving license and a selfie all done with their app. Easy. Withdrawal was processed and in my bank within 1 hour. No issues

Great site although was reluctant due to previous reviews - Signed up a few days ago to take advantage of an offer on the site… won £200 off the bonus funds and withdrew them - received them today 3 days later No problems - verified automatically so pretty good overall

Would give less if I could don’t let you withdraw even after sending all id contact customer service and receive automated response and never here from them It’s a scam and they need shutting down

Scam site , similar to SPICY JACKPOTS.

Sorry,I really did not rate my experience with you. After many attempts of withdrawing my winnings. Being asked for photos, documents etc..etc which i attemped to try...failing again.
Please if this is could be a real person reading this.... do the fudgesomething about it 😆 🤣. No seriously do !...you shouldn't be working with corrupt companies like these .

Take people's deposits

Another 0 rating, they have 8 ways to deposit but only 1 to withdraw!!!! Giving your card details especially the 3 security numbers!!! DEFINITELY A SCAM DON’T DEPOSIT!!!! I did play a bit, they give u some winnings nothing special and the 50 free spins that they gave me I only win 0.60£ WAT A JOKE !!!! (STAY AWAY) 0.0 RATING!!!

This is a scam website! You can never withdraw as when you wager real money they always give a bonus. Then anything won is classed as as bonus winnings, so you have to wager 65x whatever your winnings are to withdraw it to a max of £152! I’m reporting the site to the financial ombudsman and citizens advice.
