Konnected Avis 

Although I pretty much jumped blindly into the Konnected GDOs I was able to get support to answer all my questions or I was able to easily find the answers on the website. I’m very pleased with the performance of the Konnected products i purchased.

Offering a conversion kit with little savings from an interface kit is a trap for first timer whe you aren’t sure which fits your needs. Subsequent purchase of 2 interface modules to compensate the correct setup from the mistake made with conversion kit will require nearly half the price of a new conversion kit which is a ripoff.
Shipping and import duties not included and those are double the cost as well.
I would have bought the interface kit and thrown the interface modules even if I don’t need than rather than being ripped off.

Shocking. I bought a pro panel a few years back. It worked perfectly fine with my home assistant. Then they decided change the firmware to esphome and forced you to update as it was no longer supported. I did this and now the panel is bricked. Response is sorry it's out of warranty. They forced and provided the firmware! AVOID!!

Unit works great, Poe was icing on the cake! Home Assistant setup was flawless.

The pro alarm board is a big improvement over the legacy 6 zone boards. I should have bought it sooner. Installation was clear and support was great to work with. They could improve with support files that are pertinent to your home security setup. Smartthings doesn't recognize the alarm/siren and you have to comb through forum information to find out why. It is a known issue so it would be a smoother install if it were noted.

I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to setup the Konnected Alarm Panel Pro. I actually wired everything correctly the first time, in fact exposing more zones/sensors since the previous wiring had multiple sensors interconnected to one! Easily added it to Home Assistant and built an alarm panel in minutes (using Alarmo from HACS in Home Assistant).

Ordering the device was simple.
Shipment was on time.
Their customer service was outstanding!

Product support lacks and the product itself is not ready for the masses

Everything works and MyQ is now gone at my house.

Would like the GDO matter setup to be more official in HA as I think an update was made recently to include GDOs. This is my only issue at this time.

I absolutely love the open nature of the products and am thrilled with the performance with Home Assistant.

I had issues on my end that the Konnected support went well out of their way to help me resolve.

Konnected has provided a great product and I was able to very easily switch an old security system over to the Alarm Panel Pro within a few minutes without any issue. I also was able to easily add and update the FW for two GDO blaq, allowing both of my garage doors to be controlled any time and any where.
