Kool Cakes Avis

Cake was exactly as shown on the website. Ready for collection on time. Tasted delicious. Will order from this bakery again.

Perfect, fresh and delicious as always.

I picked my son Birthday cake and a few party stuff and believe me the service was exceptional. We all loved the Birthday Cake😀👍👍👍

Cake was dry and when I complained I got no response.

Same day brilliant service lovely cake enjoyed by all

When u picked my fresh cream cake it was off!! My poor child had no birthday cake and it was so embarrassing!!

Excellent taste!! It was exactly as we wanted

Ordered cake for my son birthday the cake was dry second time I ordered a cake both times cakes tasteless and dry. Won’t recommend them or be getting future cakes from them

I actually hopped on here to review another company, but we recently used Kool Cakes for my nephew's birthday and the cake was so cute and delicious I couldn't help myself.

Thanks so much, you made a brilliant day even better with a lovely touch.

We bought personalized cupcakes from them and whilst the picture was great the actual cupcakes were so hard, dry and tasteless. When you spend £3 for one cupcake you want something amazing. It was a waste of my money. The service was good.

I have order the cake online and I was a bit nervous as it was a photo with a message for our godparents. The photo was amazing and the cake was perfection 👌. Definitely recommend!

Ordered their fresh cream cakes for years on special occasions.. cake is always light and tasty..I always get great comments. I cannot wait for them to introduce delivery as it is a bit of a trek coming in from Ashford but definitely worth the travel

We use them every year and the reason being that their cakes work to our palate - just the right amount of sweetness and soft sponge. Would highly recommend them!

Ordered online, was a little more expensive than other places I’ve used in the past but the cake was great. Got a positive reaction from the birthday boy so I would recommend.

Cake looked beautiful & tasted really good. It’s the first time we used Kool cakes & will again.

The cake looked perfect! Exactly what my 11yo wanted. And was absolutely delicious.

The best cake I ever tasted. Everyone liked it. I had ordered for the vanilla sponge with vanilla buttercream frosting. It was very delicious. Besides the taste of the cake, the service was also very quick and efficient. I ordered at 9.30 a.m and got it ready for pick up by 4 p.m. The staff was also very friendly. I can definitely say its one of the best cakes I ever had.

Great service, very friendly. Just the perfect cake! Taste wise, looks wise.
