Kool Cakes Avis

Ordered an eggless chocolate cake for my daughters birthday. It was really nice and soft.
It was quite easy to order online.

I use Kool cakes a lot. They are consistently top with service and their cakes are tasty and reasonably priced.

I’ve been ordering my cakes from here since they opened. I love the cakes. I know what I’m getting and they never disappoint.

Excellent service and fantastic cake. Would highly recommend

I ordered through the North Harrow branch after another bakery let me down. Despite the last-minute nature of the order, the staff were very accommodating and helpful, as well as suggesting what decoration would/would not work. The result was a fabulous 14" square icing cake which tasted as good—if not better!—than it looked. In fact, we had so many comments about how tasty it was—made a special occasion even more special. Many thanks.

Great customer service, easy to order and lots of freedom to customise your cake. I also received a telephone call back to confirm requirements, and an advice about lettering on the cake - what will work and what will not. The cake itself was delicious , it was eaten immediately with no left overs!

Worst cake I have ever had from you
I order all the time
This cake was for my sons 2 birthday - it was super dry and awful!

Great cake. Easy to order and pickup cake at the bakery.

Amazing cake.. very neatly done and perfect for kids at the Nursery and teachers. They all enjoyed and sent me special note to say it was delicious treat.
You guys should start on delivery as it will give working family a flexibility and hassle free so more orders will flow your way. Thanks again.

I thought I couldn’t find a cream cake bakery better than one I was going to for years. I only tried Kool Cakes out because the bakery had great reviews and my old bakery closed down. Kool cakes are actually cool cakes. Will definitely be ordering again soon.

Light cake but can’t feel the taste of eggs. Decoration is not well-finished.
Definitely prefers the cakes from France where I come from. Nothing to compare.

From booking to collection to the cake, all was easy and tasted great xx

Kool Cakes is my go to bakery for birthday cakes. They are the best in town😘

Ordered online and was ready for next day collection. Was given exactly what I ordered. Fresh cream cake was delicious.

Speedy, efficient. Greta service and lovely cake

Great cake. Just right composition, softness, fresh cream was perfect.

Excellent service right from cake design, to my taste and liking on their website, which was easy to use, to payment and pick up from my local branch.

Excellent quality and wonderful service

I would like Kool cakes to improve on handwriting on cakes .. its not clear and looks messy and not proportionate
