Corporate Monitoring Customer Service leaves MUCH to be desired
We have never had any issues with our local (Richmond) office or the employees, salespeople, technicians, etc. I had a truly horrific experience with the Corporate Monitoring customer service team when I inquired about our contract. It took 6 days to get any sort of "resolution" and I was sent back and forth between multiple customer service representatives who clearly had not read any of the previous communications. While we like our Richmond office and its employees, Koorsen as a company, came off as not customer friendly whatsoever. We will not renew our contract after it ends.

Your response time and sense of urgency…
Your response time and sense of urgency during an emergency is absolutely horrendous. I have witnessed this at multiple facilities. We usually end up calling someone else to do the needed work in a timely manner.

Let's right the wrongs and grow together
The sins of the past seem to plague our current standing with Koorsens. I feel that since prior management did not take care of Koorsens as they take care of us, that we are not seen in good regard to the company. The technicians I have met have all been friendly and knowledgeable. Customer service is friendly.

I was pretty disappointed they were the ones that did the inspection the last time and never mentioned anything now this time I need new gauges I need a whole bunch of sprinkler heads replaced because they are recalled and I need the inside of my sprinkler lines inspected they claim that has to be done every 5 years I never heard of anything like this before I have had this inspection done numerous times freaks me out.

and I can get nicer outside covers from Grainger for $17.00 ea. you charge $54.00 ea.

Koorsen immediately established an account for us when our church needed someone to service our fire extinguishers. Their service team calls on our facility in a timely manner each year, works hard to come when it works best for our schedule, and communicates very politely and clearly.
