Beware of CONTACT, they require me to pay for equipment and claimed that I had signed a contract for 5 years of service! Never again

The technician was on time and was very knowledgeable. He explained everything that that he was going to do; and later explained what he has done. Good customer service is hard to find in today's time, but your employees are great.

Always good to work with. Fire extinguishers and sprinkler system.

The experience was easy. My only objection is I received the written report very soon after the inspection. It only contained one portion of the building. I will make the call for the rest of it. As I did explain to our (tech of 10 plus years) we need it "all" in written form.

Prompt, on tiime service. I like that I get the same service tech each time and that he remembers the important things about us.

Work was acceptable and timely. Scheduling across several branches still needs improvement.

Replaced an 2015 "outdated" sprinkler gauge with a 2015 gauge that was made in the same year as the outdated one. Turns out it didn't need changed other than a Koorsen gauge was put in the place of the "outdated" Simplex one - both have the same dates....

The service we receive is quick and dependable the job is always done right the first time our technician is excellent.

The fire protection specialist was on time, friendly, and thorough. He got the job done in a very timely manor. He took the time to answer and explain all of my questions.

I have had the pleasure of mostly dealing with Matt, Randy, and Kyle. They have all been excellent to work with. They are very attentive to what the organization needs and are very detailed in the test/inspection paperwork. Their goal is to keep me compliant, not just to get the job done. That is such a big deal in healthcare.
