Brian Brown helped us tremendously today. We have been trying since our
inspection to get everything updated. We have made several phone calls to the office and spoke with several different people. They told us that they would have someone get back with us and never did. You are getting the five star because of Brian Brown. You should have more employees like him.

Response time is quick.

The service tech was friendly and helpful; unfortunately, because they had recently changed to a new computer system, he had no records of how many extinguishers to inspect or their locations.

Overall very satisfied with the customer service from my local branch. Any time I need anything they are quick to assist.

Todd N. (Sales and Service Tech) is always quick to get out to our training center for our fire ext. refills. He's also professional and friendly.

Need better communication between departments . Tried to set up to do the sprinkler , back flow , fire and extinguishers all in same day was fiasco !
Called and evidently new work order system scheduled time not techs ??
Then the next time the guys came out to do everything and I ask ok where the extinguisher guy ?? Had to wait on him . Then had 2 back flows over looked that were in a pit ..No pit equipment to repair .. Yet another appointment and then no one said system was going to need on stand by until they walked in an hour early and it ended up setting off alarm ..
I have 2 properties this is second time I have had issues with the back flows and them not being equipped to go in pit . The other was a repair at Hendricks Pointe they got their and said no one told them it was in a pit .. Communication needs to be better ..

They are so easy to work with, and are always on top of when our annual inspections are due, great company...

Very professional inspector. Any question's we had he answered. Great experience with this company. They were prompt about getting us scheduled when we called. Actually they scheduled us the same day we called for inspections.

Our tech is very reliable and arrives timely every month for our inspections.

I have worked with central fire protection/ koorsen fire and safety for years; at different locations. Where ever i am and where ever i go, i will always have them take care of my fire equipment. Best service around!

Koorsen came out 2 years ago to service our 20 Fire Extinguishers, which we had previously paid approx. $ 200 per year to local firefighter organization. They did not tell us how much it would be, and we ended up being billed over $ 1300. When we refused to pay they threatened us and offer a compromise of $ 2000 for a 5 year contract. Note, this is for only 20 10 lb. fire extinguishers. But to meet our insurance obligations we complied.
This year, as we did last year, we pulled all the units, had them ready at the door for the technician, All he had to do was service. He asked. "is there anything he could do for us, and I said would you put this one new hanger up for us and guess what, it came with a hefty $ 12 bill later for one screw and 10 seconds of work. We will continue to honor our contract, but Koorsen has a license to steal, I hope future small businesses will not get taken, like us, to the cleaners.
