The experience from start to finish was fantastic.

Andrew spent time with us, working out what and where we needed each install, work around us very well and even helped run some extra cables in for future proofing.

From the initial call with John, who listened to what we wanted, he explained in full details what he could offer in a friendly polite manner - nothing was to much trouble. To Andrew coming to see us, he arrived with a smile very warm and friendly, explained everything sometimes twice very patient with me indeed. Again nothing was to much trouble for him. Andrew fitted the phones in, trained us up, left us with full confidence that if we need help he is only a call away! amazing service!! I rate five star experience from start to finish.

I was with another company starting with B no longer as they did little to support and spent most of my business time trying to sort out issues.

Extremely easy to deal with , always on hand and happy to help if you have any questions or queries.

Just had a new Yealink system installed which I was very conscious of the fact we needed it to be a seamless changeover for obvious reasons and I have to say that Andy has been thorough in making sure it was seamless and any issues we might have come across have been sorted immediately, for the main reason we are speaking to the director who installed it all. So I absolutely recommend Koru's services to anyone wanting great products with great service!

They were very helpful and knowledgeable which was a big advantage for someone who is not technical. The system works well and they assist when required as we get to know the new system.

From the first meeting we had with John explaining how the system worked to getting it installed by Andrew the service was really good and very professional. I wasn't sure we needed a new phone system but I am so glad we decided to go with Koru. We are now fully operational and we have noticed a huge difference. I believe this system has improved us as a company and it makes us look more professional to our customers. As a company they totally deserve a 5 Star rating.

Just got a new telephone system which we find excellent so far. The company Koru who we had to supply and install were very easy to get on with and if we have any problems at all they will do their very best to help.

We've recently switched from BT to Koru and although I felt nervous being a new company, there was no need to be. John and Andrew have been brilliant. It was clearly explained, we had training how to use the equipment we got and any queries are dealt with immediately. I feel we now have more options to support and grow my hair and beauty business and I've saved money. Highly Recommend
