We have recently upgraded our existing phone system with Koru Technologies and we cannot fault the quality of the system and service! From the initial consultation through to installation, it's been great working with these guys. The phone system is leagues ahead of our previous system and they have even managed to save us some money on our monthly bills!! Everything was explained in detail with John initially, and we knew exactly what we were getting. The installation was very smooth with hardly any disruption to our business and nothing was too much trouble. Excellent company to deal with!
Upfront and honest about the contract/costings and what you will get. The phone system Koru installed is light years ahead of what we were using and it has exceeded our expectations. There were a few niggles along the way (nothing major) but they were dealt with fast and efficiently by the very competent, friendly Technician, Andrew. From the service we have received so far I can 100% recommend Koru for your phone system.

We had such a pleasant and easy experience with Koru. From the start they were very informative and we didn't feel under pressure to take on the new contract. The service was quick and efficient - with the phones being set up only a week after the first visit. The are sorting everything out with our current suppliers which is a big help. Our technician (Andrew Legg) who installed the new phones was extremely polite, friendly and helpful. Our work was not interrupted while the new phone system was fitted and he always cleaned up after anything he did. The process was very smooth and I can 100% recommend this company.
