Did a dress arrive? Yes
Did the dress arrive on time even though I purchased express production and shipping? No
Did the dress look like the photos? Not really, material fabric made it look cheap
Was I able to return it? No. Despite the return policy, the return address is in China so one would have to ship back to China.
Would I order from Koscy again? No

HORRIBLE. We received the wrong dress, it was ill-fitting, and had loose threads and missing beading. After days of back and forth, sharing photos, etc. I was told that I would receive a 20% refund. I told them it was unacceptable and the refunded me 15% and ceased communication. Completely ridiculous and unethical.

We ordered my daughter’s prom dress through Koscy. The picture was beautiful. It did take a little over a month to arrive. When it did it looked nothing like the picture. It had orange and green yes green on it for the sequence and not covered in gold. When I reached out through customer support I was told we reviewed your picture you send and we determined it is like the picture. Out almost a month waiting, dress is seriously hideous and need to get a new dress. They will not give me a return for my dress. They said they could credit us 20 percent!! So stupid. I couldn’t even pay someone to wear this dress. Never never never order from this company.!

I can't even put it into words. I am so in love with it and cant wait to wear it for my prom day. And whats even better is that it didnt cost me the world!! AMAZING.I would totally recommend you to anyone. Thanks.

I love how this dress fits and feels! It’s lightweight, breathable, and easy to move in. The only reason I’m not giving five stars is because I wish it came in more color options. Overall, a great purchase and definitely worth the price!

My dress was 4 sizes too big picked from the sizing chart. Was told they made it custom so I wouldn’t be able to return it. Came later than expected. They offered to alter the dress but no one could alter it because they would have to re make the dress. Customer service did email back pretty quickly but not very helpful.

Die Lieferfrist wurde um über eine Woche überzogen. Die Qualität war schlecht weshalb ich das Kleid zurückschicken wollte. Die Lieferkosten sollte ich selbst übernehmen und vom Kaufpreis hätte ich nur 20% zurück erstattet bekommen. Nie wieder Chinaschrott
