I could not be more pleased with the service I received from Andrea and Dirk over several weeks' engagement. They were always timely in responding and helped me calculate needed yardage, as I hadn't yet identified an upholsterer to aid me in that. The fabric arrived when expected and looks beautiful on our chair.

For starters, KOVI has amazing fabrics and selection. The customer service was outstanding. When I realized after receiving my bolt of fabric that the color wasn't quite right, Andrea Rivas coordinated exchanging it, even arranging for it to be picked up at my home. SO convenient! In an era where customer service is nearly a thing of the past, theirs was extremely refreshing. I highly recommend KOVI for all of your fabric and design needs.

The fabric I purchased was almost $80 less per yard on Amazon! Etsy also sells it for much less, and so did several other retailers. Kovifabric would not match the price for something that is clearly overpriced. My mistake, but do a quick image search before you buy anything here, you will probably find it for much less elsewhere.

Very pleased with my fabric and timeliness of delivery. Ordered about 7 different swatches first as I was trying to find just the right fabric. They credited me for the price of the swatches once I purchased my fabric selection. Love the fabric. Very responsive to questions. Good first experience with KOVI.

FedEx having tracked my upholstery fabric from Minnesota to SC delivered it to the wrong address. While dealing with FedEx, I contacted customer support at Kovi Fabrics (via email) and Andrea couldn't have been sweeter and more efficient. She immediately got the warehouse to send replacement fabric which arrived in three days. The fabric is of excellent quality and I am looking forward to getting my dining room chairs upholstered.

Finding upholstery fabric these days is a bit of a challenge if you are not working with an Interior Designer. Brick & mortar fabric stores with fabric inventory is just not available anymore. KOVI's online experience was excellent. I was able to order lots of samples and then apply the cost of the samples to my final fabric order. Definitely order samples! I received some surprises when I actually received the sample.....mostly with the actual fabric sheen and size of pattern. The KOVI staff are also very helpful and ready to help you find your perfect fabric.

Samples made selection a low risk proposition. The vinyl is perfect for my application and I am excited to reupholster my 911 with it. Great service and post-sale response from Kovi. Will buy from them again.

Warning! Don’t waste your time here, they’ll send you product that is very low quality and then won’t allow returns. Their pictures are also misleading it’s very much a bait and switch. Don’t be duped by them!

We ordered the Pearl White Ostrich Hide Animal Skin Texture Vinyl Upholstery Fabric K8968 trying to find something we didn’t have to worry about with the children.
The project is finished and we are very happy with the material. The upholstery company said the material was high quality and should last us a lifetime!
We put red wine on the sample before ordering it and let it sit for 2 days. There wasn't a stain when I washed it off. Child & adult proof!!!

very large selection, good prices, good quality, professional and prompt customer service. when fed ex lost the first order, KOVI promptly replaced and sent replacement order via express delivery. very pleased. would use them again and highly recommend them! give their quality, service and price very high marks - which in today's time is unusual. thank you!

Kovi really sets the standard for excellent customer service. They checked in with me numerous times throughout the process to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. Being able to order samples and then receive credit for the samples on my final order made the process of finding the perfect fabric so much easier. Shipping is expensive, but the fabric is shipped rolled, not folded, to prevent damage so it is worth the extra cost. I would definitely recommend Kovi.

I don't think I've had service like this from any company - much less one online - in as long as I can remember. Kovi went out of their way to assist me at every stage, and even went above and beyond to help me fix a problem that they did NOT create. Andrea at the company was kind, prompt, and always followed up. I would not hesitate to purchase here again!

Kovi offers magnificent fabrics that suit every style. We adore the three different ones we purchased, and so did our upholsterer. He, too, was impressed with the high quality. We found the most unique prints at Kovi. Not only do they offer wonderful products, but their customer service is extremely caring and attentive. And the fabrics arrived sooner than expected. You cannot go wrong with Kovi.

Easy to deal with and their customer service is top notch. When the fabric I wanted was sold out they suggested like fabrics. And after I purchased another fabric they followed up to ensure I was happy with my purchase. This is the second time I have shopped here and both times completely happy.
