At first I thought the fabric is pricy here, so I looked elsewhere, and KOVI end up being the cheapest. The customer service was fantastic. I ordered 3 samples before making purchase, and finally settled on 2 of them. They sent me 3 emails to confirm if I need any help and offered to credit back the money I spent on the samples. The fabric came quick and properly wrapped. I will buy again from them and definitely recommend it to my friends!

Hands down the BEST customer service ever. I will definitely be ordering again. I had a fabric chosen that I waited a little to long to order. It ended up being out of stock. With the help of several employees, multiple fabric samples were sent to me as a replacement. None ended up working so I decided to wait for the fabric chosen to be in stock again, which ended up being a couple months. They follow up a couple months later, on the exact day they estimated. Andrea at Kovi is my rock star. Thank you!

My experience with KOVI was excellent. It was so great to receive samples--it's an absolute must! And if you pick one of their fabrics, the price of samples goes towards the purchase price of fabric. I did end up choosing a KOVI fabric. It arrived quickly (even in the pandemic), was beautiful, and looks terrific on my reupholstered dining room chairs. Customer service and follow-up was excellent. Highly recommend.

I had a terrific experience with KOVI. Their selection is expansive and they sent me the samples I requested in a timely fashion. Once I decided on the one I want, an awesome saddle-like vinyl that really looks like leather, they deducted the (modest) cost of the samples they'd sent earlier and I got the full five yards right away. Very good prices and selections. I highly recommend them!

Beautiful high quality fabric! Received order quickly too! I only needed a yard for one chair but I definitely think they threw in some extra...I could cover 2 more chairs!

Couldn't be more pleased! Wasn't sure exactly how much fabric to order for my four chair seats and quickly got a helpful call back. The fabric is just as pictured and the quality appears to be excellent. The price was good as well. Customer service then followed up with an email to check that all was well. We ordered some upholstery fabric to redo our dining room chairs. I was hesitant to order this online because I usually need to touch, feel and see what I am buying but I was very pleased with what I purchased. The colors were exactly as seen online and the texture and quality was what I hoped for. Came very professionally packaged as well. Love my fabric.
