I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Be careful with these SCAMMER👺😡! I purchased a package of additional calculation units and it turns out that it is not valid if you do not have a subscription! Although there was no information about this! It was written that these calculation units are instead of a subscription, but this is not true. I applied for a refund due to the provision of false information, but they refused to refund. Although at first they ignored it completely, they only responded when I applied again.. This shows their extremely low quality of service, and especially shows that they are SCAMMERS, because they provide false information, which makes deceived customers spend money unnecessarily. Everything would be different if they corrected their mistake, apologized and returned the money to the customer, but unfortunately, with this behavior they represent themselves as unreliable SCAMMERS!!!

I was charged for a yearly Krea Pro subscription even though my account did not show any active subscription or cancel button.
The billing dashboard was incomplete and did not display the active plan, so I had no way to cancel in time.
Only after searching through hidden workspace menus I found a downgrade option.
This is highly misleading billing behavior.
Still waiting for a refund.

terrible software, and bad support. i used the product for 30 minutes and asked for refund and they didnt give me. stay away its a scam platform

I can’t stand companies with a bad customer service. That tells me all I need to know about them. You can’t run a bussiness and completely ignore the customers. They are so lazy, they don’t even bother to respond to the bad reviews. They are not a serious company. Unfortunately, a lot of AI companies are run by bunch of puffed up children.

Krea never stopped delivering amazing innovation and incredible value. When I had an issue they were super quick to respond and solve it. Very happy with it.

This is the worst platform. You can’t use Veo, Runway, or OpenAI here. There are too many prompt restrictions — even for simple ones. It’s not user-friendly. If you’re a beginner in AI filmmaking, it will only cause stress and hurt your creativity. The loading speed is also very slow.

Scam. They say they’re from the US but the gum ships from China. I still haven’t received it.

The image and video quality are indeed very good. However, credibility has been seriously damaged by the decision to publicly advertise a free tier that was later silently removed. Support claims this is due to “extraordinarily high demand in some regions,” but this still means the company makes promises it cannot keep.

This raises a second concern: if the free plan can be restricted without notice, what guarantees do users have that artificial limits won’t appear in paid tiers too?

Overall: strong technical results, weak transparency and business ethics.

Krea promised a lot but I was required to pay for a subscription before I could test the AI service to see if it was suitable. They also promised to refund if not satisfied. The AI generation was laughable. I did actually laugh out loud when I saw the results. I tried 3 times with the same result. When I requested a refund they said as I had used tokens (to test the service) I wasn't eligible for a refund. They didn't care that the images generated were useless. Poor customer service, poor AI generation and unethical policies.

Absolutely disgusting misuse of AI. This website is trained on real forensic images. You can easily find this out by generating an image of a burnt person. Gross.

when I gennerate a picture they make me chinese. Im from Europe so its patetic. I tried to make a picture off me and a dog and they just made me a furry. please do not buy this pice off shit

No generator follows a prompt perfectly, in my experience. But KREA has the great advantage that it is very fast, good colors, keeps your prompts as well as all your creations easily available and easily downloadable (which isn't the case in some other programs!!) KREA has menu's with possibilities, billing, how much is left of what you subscribed to, etc. And prompts can be combined with pictures for surprising results. It's definitely my favorite generator.

really cool ai art generator. consistently gives me great images. better than midourney from my tetsting, more controllability. pricing isn't bad either. will continue using for my marketing agency.
