Ksiazka Avis 

DRAMAT!!! Zamówienia przyszło po kilku tygodniach i to niepełne, brak kontaktu, kompletnie ignorują wszystkie e maile!!! Ostatnia zamówiona pozycja miała zostać dostarczona po 2-3 tygodniach- TO BYLO W STYCZNIU, TERAZ JEST MAJA ZAMOWIENIA BRAK!!! Ponownie firma nie odpowiada. DEFINITYWNIE NIE POLECAM!!!!!

I would not recommend to anybody, I ordered books on 6th of December and still did not receive them !!!

I am afraid I also have issues with non delivery. I ordered a few books on the 20th of August band I still haven't received anything. They promised the dispatch on the following Friday but it's the 4th of September and my books still haven't arrived.
No reply to my emails, no reply to my calls. Very poor Customer Service. I will also contact my bank shortly claiming my money back.

Fantastic choice of books, good prices, cheap and fast delivery. I'm a very happy customer.

I used to use them in the past a few times with mo problem at all. Unfortunately this time they left me with nothing. I ordered the book on 01/12/2018 with hope to get it on 6th Dec. I received confirmation they will send it in the 7th Dec on 11th I did contact them requesting explenation becouse the book didn't arrive as promised. On 15th they contact me via email with apologise and explaining that was difficulties with main supplier/distributor. Unfortunately it is 5th Jan 2019, I don't have the book and any information from them however the title is still in continuous offer.
Bad practise, incompetence and ignorance. I am on the way to to rise the case with my bank to get my many or the book back. I will definitely not recommend them and will use other websites instead.

Kompletny brak profesjonalizmu. Minęły 2 tyg od zlozenia zamowinienia , przesylki jak nie bylo tak nie ma. Brak odpowiedzi na e-maile, brak odpowiedzi na telefony. Kpina!!! Odradzam!!!

Zamowilam ksiazki w poniedzialek a w srode juz byly u mnie.

Great customer service. Huge choice of books- I've done all my Christmas shopping with them this year- books, calendars, board games, cd... I would definitely highly recommend.

Zamówienie przyszło po ponad 2 tygodniach, w dodatku było niepełne.
Obiecali, zwrot pieniędzy ale nie kiwnęli palcem. Dopiero po założeniu 'case' na PayPal łaskawie się tym zainteresowali. Niestety nikt w tej firmie nie był na tyle rozgarnięty, żeby potrafić zrobić częściowy zwrot, cała sprawa o głupie 6 funtów zajęła im miesiąc. Zawracają głowę telefonami wieczorem i w niedzielę.

Szkoda czasu na tę firmę, lepiej zamów książki gdzieś indziej.

Bylam dosc zdziwiona wszystkimi negatywnymi opiniami o ksiazka.co.uk, ktore znalazlam na forach, bo ja akurat mam bardzo dobre doswiadczenia z ta ksiegarnia. Zamowilam 7 ksiazek w niedziele, juz po trzech dniach- w srode- dostalam 5 z nich. Dwie maja byc doslane w ciagu najblizszych kilku dni.
Rowniez ceny sa nizsze od innych ksiegarni internetowych, a przesylka darmowa powyzej £30.

I strongly recommend you do not use this website. Although we did receive the books in a relatively timely manner, we returned one of them according to their returns policy, well within the time-frame (within around 7 days), but never got any refund. I must have tried about 10 times to call them, left messages on their answer phone, and emailed them numerous times, and never got a single reply. This was more than disappointing. Don't use them.

I am waiting for my order around a month. On the website there is only telephone number and email-ofcourse nobody will answer anyway.
I spend over 70 quid. Now I have to go to bank and inform them that I was cheated.
Very, very dissapointed
