Beware of buying direct

Advertised they will accept returns within 30 days for any reason if unused. Advertised as easy return. What they didnt tell you is that it has to be returned to China to the tune of $300 via UPS.

False advertising & no response on…

I purchased from KTS Light Therapy because they advertise their products as “FDA approved.” After purchasing, I asked multiple times for proof of this claim. They ignored every request and provided no documentation.

I searched the FDA database myself and could not find KTS Light Therapy or their products listed.

They have also ignored all of my emails and questions (sent Dec 6, 11, 16, 25 and Jan 11, 12). Zero response.

KTS Light Therapy’s false FDA advertising is what convinced me to buy. Their lack of transparency and complete absence of customer support is extremely concerning.

I would strongly caution others before purchasing from this company.

Excellent product and outstanding customer service

I purchased the KTS handheld laser device on January 2nd and received the package delivered by USPS on January 6th. After opening the package, I found that the product I received did not match what I had ordered. I immediately contacted their customer service online and was assisted by Cindy.

Following Cindy’s instructions, I submitted photos of the product I received for confirmation. She responded very quickly and arranged for the correct product to be sent to me with expedited shipping. I received the correct device on January 10th and began using it to treat my arthritis.

After the first 20 minutes of treatment, I didn’t feel any noticeable effect, so I contacted Cindy again. She patiently guided me on the correct usage method and recommended treatment duration. After more than two weeks of consistent use, my joint pain has significantly improved. I truly believe that with continued treatment, my arthritis will fully recover.

I am very grateful to KTS for such a high-quality product, and especially thankful to Cindy for her professional, patient, and excellent customer service.

Highly recommended!

I purchased the KTS handheld vitiligo device last November, and the shipping was incredibly fast—it only took 3 days from California to my home. After over 2 months of phototherapy, the white spots on my face are visibly shrinking, with the edges clearly filling in. The results on my fingers are a bit slower, which is expected due to the thicker skin, so I'll continue the treatment. The device itself is compact, easy to carry, and delivers great results. I also want to give a shout-out to Cindy from customer service; she’s been so patient and provided so much helpful guidance throughout my treatment. Highly recommended!

Triple pain after using RLT for knees

I have been trying for months to return RTL knee therapy massager.
My pain escalated to X3 , I contacted them and said it was not suitable for me. They were initially sympathetic and asked me to forward photos of the device ready for return, which I duly did. They then ghosted me and have not replied to any of my emails.
Do not buy from this terrible company. Not even sure if the device is legitimate, it doesn’t fit snuggly, and the only setting is 20 mins.

Warnung Betrug

Achtung, hier bloß nie etwas kaufen. Defektes Gerät erhalten. Rückgabe nur nach China, obwohl es aus Deutschland kommt. Das kostet 49 Euro. Obwohl ich es zurück geschickt habe, habe ich nie mein Geld zurück bekommen. Händler antwortet auch nicht mehr. Keine Hilfe von Paypal. Pech gehabt. 230 Euro mal weg.

Just appalling customer service

Ordered by mistake, tried to cancel within 1 hour and got ignored for 2 days until they came back with the update that the order had been shipped. When in fact I had not received a single email confirmation on shipping. I asked to send me clear return and refund instructions, no response again.

Just appalling customer service. Cindy, who is apparently a marketing director and takes time to just send you meaningless responses, is not able to cancel the order or provide any clear refund instructions.

Big mistake but will sort it out through the bank.

Scam

Scam! Good luck getting support or refund from this company. Per their policy, they inform buying to reach out to customer service to approve returns, yet they never respond to emails. I have attempted several times to reach out, only to be ignored. No response from them of any kind.. no answer or emails. Their reviews on their site are fake, just try to write one , it won’t let you. So I came here to hopefully inform the next potential buyer to go elsewhere for any purchase. This company is not legit and while you’ll receive either junk or broken product, your chances or getting it replaced or refunded is zero. Shop elsewhere

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. I purchased a light therapy kit in April 2025. I returned the package unopened which they received on May 10. They have still not processed my refund as of November 2025. I’ve been presented with so many excuses for not refunding my money. I filed a dispute with my credit card company. KTS lied to them. I presented evidence of the return and the emails from KTS to me, but the dispute window closed without resolution from Capital One.

So, I write KTS often to demand a refund, Still no resolution.

Never buy from this company!

Burnt skin!!!!!!

They sold a tanning lamp to me that had bulbs intended for reptile cages in.

I had burns and blisters all over my leg where i used it, for only ten mins.

UVB is 30% in the bulb which is 5x the legal limit for humans.

they also lien about being in the USA, they are based in hong kong and all of their certifications are faked.

you can't find them through the FDA or CE which are the two main ones.

they sent me a forged CE certificate which i had verified to be a fake.

stuck with a tanning lamp that burns your skin and they are not responding on refunding or returning the lamp.

Ich gebe einen Stern damit ich eine Bewertung schreiben kann. Ich habe mir ein Gerät bestellt, welches ich zurückschicken wollte. Leider habe ich übersehen, dass das ein China Handel ist. PayPal hat sich auch nicht als hilfreich erwiesen und für mich keinen adäquaten Käuferschutz geboten! Im Moment sitze ich auf einem Gerät, welches ich zurückschicken möchte und aufgrund dessen, dass PayPal das Verfahren eingestellt hat, kann ich nicht mal die Adresse ermitteln. Das Unternehmen erwartet, dass ich die Ware nach China zurückschicke. Ich wünsche jedem Interessenten und jedem online Käufer drauf zu achten keine Geschäfte mit chinesischen online Händlern abzuschließen, diese Händler sind nicht mit Worten zu beschreiben. Leider bin ich schon das zweite Mal auf einen solchen Händler hereingefallen. Der Umgang solcher Unternehmen mit Kunden grenzt an Missbrauch!
